It is a perfect hotel, Ralph is such an amazing person. He and his staff will help you in everything you might need. If we come back, we will definitely stay here again. The only small thing we might comment is that the bathroom is quite cold in winter.

It is very near the East entrance. Breakfast buffet is available is only 15, Chinese style but quite a bit of choices. Eat till you are full!! Staffs & boss are responsive and helpful in all aspects… restaurants recommendations, booking of tickets & shows, routes to go in the park etc… some restaurants also give additional discount for guest from premise. Night street is just a street away. Spacious room. Restaurants, convenient stores, everything within walking distance…

the owner is very kind and helpful! He helped me a lot during my 2-day stay and the girl at the reception is really a sweetheart! The location of the hotel is located near the zhangjiajie national park, in 10 minutes you can reach the entrance😊 the hotel structure is very characteristic and the cleaning is normal. I came in a season that was cold, but I will definitely come again in the summer!

Wonderful hotel with cosy rooms and original design inside. I was impressed by how the staff was supportive. Special thanks to Ralph, he helped us not only with tour guidance but also booked tickets to save our time. Many years of experience and client-oriented atmosphere is this hotel made our trip more exciting. Highly recommend!

AMAZING STAY!! Our front desk guys was the best host ever. He gave us so good advice on what to do with our time in Zhangijaije, guided us to the nicest restaurants and bought our all of our tickets which we could not do in Chinese. The rooms are quite spacious and the exterior is very pretty. Would definitely go there again.
