The service at this hotel is something to be desired. The rooms are not the cleanest. There was a lot of lose hair as of the floor wasn’t deep cleaned. The line smelled stale. Room wasn’t cleaned daily.

I had a great time skiing in Genting. The room was nice, and there was an upper and lower floor. My kids climbed up to experience it. I would like to thank Wang Li, the assistant manager of the lobby, for adding WeChat when I checked in. She said that basic information can be sent directly to WeChat, which is very convenient. On the way back, there was a problem with the train ticket, and we needed to extend the room. Manager Wang used his rest time to help us coordinate, and the plan was satisfactory.
