And some supporting services... Because it was my first time staying, the service staff helped to push the luggage and guided me to check in to the room in detail! The room facilities are complete, comfortable, spacious, bright, clean and tidy! ! Because my husband happened to catch one of his birthdays, the hotel also made a cake in detail and sent it to the room. It was so unexpected and thoughtful! This stay was full of thoughtfulness and meticulousness! It made our family feel warm and comfortable! Sincerely thank the hotel service staff💖Thank you👍

Excellent location! This hotel is perfect for a family ski trip! Staff service is also excellent. The only problem is that the room is too cold. The room with the terrace kept getting cold wind, making the whole room feel cold and making it difficult to sleep. The heating was not hot enough, but fortunately the housekeeper, Sister Tao, took the initiative to add two heaters for us, so it was a little better! Many thanks for her help. I hope the hotel can improve the room heating measures so that guests' stay experience will be better.

Genting Grand Hotel is a naked "selling dog meat under the guise of sheep"! A few days ago, I stayed in the North Wing Apartment Suite of Genting Grand Hotel. The facilities were OK, but the room was extremely dry. Even the humidifier was useless, which caused nosebleeds. The experience was greatly reduced. I thought this was the worst part, but I didn't expect that today's South Wing Apartment Suite gave me a deeper "surprise"! Because there was no room in the North Wing, I had to book the South Wing Apartment Suite. I thought that it was also called a "grand hotel" and the facilities and services were at least similar. The result was a nightmare! After arriving at the hotel, I was told that the check-in for the South Wing had to be handled at another place 150 meters away. I dragged my luggage through the cold wind outside to the South Wing front desk to check in, and found that the so-called "apartment suite" was not like an apartment at all, but more like a cheap and fast hotel. The room area was less than half of the North Wing, and it was cramped and depressing. The most outrageous thing is that the room rate here does not include Yunsutong! I can only buy it out of my own pocket. This is simply a blatant fraud! I complained to the front desk, and the manager said in a "weird" way that I couldn't get a refund if I used Yunsu Universal, but I could change rooms and I had to pay the difference. Do I have to pay more to get reasonable service after being cheated? Genting Hotel, the behavior of selling dog meat under the guise of sheep is simply outrageous! I advise everyone not to choose this hotel for skiing, so as not to be defrauded and ruined! I will report to 12315, and hope that this behavior will be severely punished!
