在攜程網瀏覽到該酒店的大量好評又因其為州際旗下之皇冠假曰酒店，才欣然前往，下午三點抵達後看着眼前酒店地處大山深處，周邊爛尾樓林立、僅有的幾家商家都處於關閉停業狀態，遍地都是施工未完的坑窪地面、及堆積的沙石、滿目瘡痍，心裏就涼半截。地下停車場裏象水簾洞一樣上下都是水。酒店門前沒有任何人影，找到前台沒有主動問候，到房間電視機不能收看，找前台反映了半小時沒來人，四點左右正躺床休息呢就聽到緊隨着二聲敲門沒落地呢門就打開了走進一女服務員，説是查房的真是莫名奇妙啊，晚上18點到歺廳用歺（房費包含的2人正餐，三個菜都與原菜標註不同，其中宮保雞丁裏葱段芯是爛的臭的花生米是發黴的，果茶一壺就是兩片檸檬幹，三小朵幹玫瑰花，透着一股子怪味。另外兩個味道也差，衹是兩碗米飯是正常的味道。晚上10點多開始腸胃就不舒服。房間設計不合理，照明燈開關雜亂，洗浴空間狹小、花灑出水量嚴重不足。洗浴用品低劣，不是皇冠假日憒用的牌子，吹風筒是擺設電源插座沒電，房間內有小飛蟲。空調晚間沒有開冷氣，屋裡悶熱。早上8點去歺廳用餐，有旅遊團幾十號人現場混亂吵雜，本來就沒幾樣能入口的東西，也都見底光了沒有及時添加，看到有女服務員徒手抓煮玉米扔到屜裏面……總之不一一列舉了，該酒店不具備一個正常星級標準酒店的營業資質，整體缺乏專業素養及專業培訓。假皇冠！踩坑了！

非常滿意的一次入住。酒店裝修擺設都很大氣，一看就是5星級標準。最重要的是前台客服都非常專業，熱情。衹記下前台Aliana Li， Jessy Guo， 還有其他幾位前台服務的女經理都非常熱情禮貌。之前看到網上評論客服不好，還有點擔心，結果好得遠遠超出預期。

謝謝eva給我們升級的套房，很熱情態度很好👍，客房阿姨人很好😌幫我找到了蕎麥枕頭，這邊山裡很涼快，比北京涼十度，特別適合夏天來避暑。
去高鐵和森林風景區有班車，不過我們沒趕上，打車也很方便，時間自由一點可以直接打車。早餐不錯，晚餐是東南亞菜，還有一些生魚片，算是皇冠的正常水平。陽台挺好的就是山區裏蟲子太多🥲冬天估計會好一點。
度假區裏面有一些餐廳，就是吃飯選擇不多，我們一天在外面吃一天在酒店吃的，都還可以，還有個小超市可以買點飲料和酒。
度假區纜車到山頂有個圖書館，風景特別好。森林風景區很適合徒步，不會特別熱，陽光很好🥰也可以做車上山頂拍照，風景也很好特別多樹，天然氧吧🥰下次度假還來這裏

服務態度很好 提前兩天就有酒店人員聯繫確認行程及入住人員 因為帶着小朋友還給免費升級了湖景房 入住時就已經裝好了床圍 超貼心 絕對好評
房型面積不算太大 足夠住 洗漱區域面積不算小 估計是為了放雪板考量的
該酒店為寵物友好酒店 能看到很多帶着狗狗的入住 雖然有寵物但是酒店很乾凈
早餐比較一般 種類不是特別多

整體很不錯，提前買了套餐帶早餐和一頓正餐，銷售又提前聯繫給升級了豪華房，帶兩個陽台，服務人員態度都挺不錯。這邊距離縣城和高鐵站都很近，對我們這種不開車，但是喜歡清凈的人很友好，很安靜很適合休息。早上傍晚遛個彎，爬爬山，感覺心情好多了。唯一的小問題是衞生間馬桶有點反味兒，酒店可以注意一下。

酒店位置離崇禮縣城最近，很安靜的小鎮，酒店房間設計的很好，佈局合理，面積比一般的房間都大，價格也很超值，陽台能看到很美的景色。早餐也很豐富。最值得一體的是到店前客服就加了我們微信，有問必答，回覆速度超快，耐心，細緻，幫我們規劃了很好的出遊計劃。再來還會選擇這裏的。

優點: 960兩晚套餐帶早餐很划算，房間很大，對接的酒店服務人員很熱情，還給升了房。房間有開放式陽台，這個季節在外面坐着很舒服，酒店有到高鐵站和翠雲山森林景區的擺渡車。早餐的麪包很好吃，行李寄存有需要的話可以選擇放在冰箱
缺點: 維護和細節做的實在很差，開業沒多久，甚至現在酒店還有濃濃的裝修味道，但已經到處都是黃色的水垢，下水口也沒有擺放整齊，屋裡反鎖釦是壞的，叫人來修也沒修好。而且五星級酒店給提供的水竟然是純悦，健身房甚至給的是純露，實在是不理解。電視基本屬於擺設，不支持聯網不支持投屏，打開衹能看酒店的宣傳片。馬桶不是智能馬桶，洗漱用品提供的很差。早餐水果衹有兩三種，炒菜衹有兩三種，還特別鹹，每天沒什麼變化，沒什麼好吃的
