房間設施非常陳舊，衞生不到位，床單被罩老舊，噴頭極差，花灑噴水不流暢，外窗隔音不好，車輛過路的聲音很大，客房之間的隔音也不好，打擾睡眠，總體感受不滿意。希望改進，能給住客好的體驗

錦江之星一如既往的好！尤其是服務員非常熱情，下雨我被淋濕，一進門前台小姑娘就馬上遞過來紙巾，多謝🙏🙏🙏；進了停車場找不到酒店入口，打電話之後一位老師傅親自來接我們，還熱情地給我們介紹宣化哪些景點好，怎麼去方便，太感動了！

第一次住這個酒店感覺特別好，大廳寬敞房間很乾凈，服務員有耐心，周邊吃喝逛街都方便，停車場很大，以後來宣化就住這了！

酒店位置好，距離古城很近，步行幾分鐘就到了。購物吃飯方便，附近有飯館、超市。停車方便，有專門停車場。訂了2間房，入住時給升級了一間，面積挺大，衹是房間窗户較小，光線較暗。
