We are three families with kids, and we have spent three nights in this hotel. We enjoyed it despite the fact that it was raining during these days. The hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast is various with large choice of dishes. At the evening we used to have dinner at the hotel restaurant and the food is really amazing there. There is also a nice children space and the swimming pool. We highly reccommend the island and the hotel.

預訂了1100的盲盒房間套餐,4天三晚，不會再定了。房間潮濕有味道，還有窗户對着牆壁與無窗户房間無任何區別；酒店私人泳池藉著善於管理的名義，強制必須購買泳帽；免費水果拼盤水果發黴，餅乾多要兩塊還需要多次打電話申請諷刺；價格與體驗嚴重不符，5星酒店不上星的服務；唯一值得稱讚的是前台服務幫忙提行李大哥熱情和酒店早安好吃

酒店的早點種類相當豐富，有魚有蝦，甜點也很可愛，有小兔子和小熊分別不同口味的布丁，還有現煮的沙茶麪。游泳池每年11月到4月不開放，現在雖然是4月初，但仍然衹能是看看而已，不能游泳。池畔房和帶露台的房間還好，衹是上兩三層樓梯。如果是傍山房的話，需要上好幾層台階，沒有電梯，上下還是比較吃力的。房間的衞生間設施不錯，有智能馬桶，衞生間都是淺色調的，所以看上去還是比較乾淨的。歡迎水果的品種也挺豐富，有香蕉，牛奶棗，還有雪花酥和鳳梨酥。服務人員都很熱情，見面打招呼，前台可以提供熱的紅茶和羅漢果茶，尤其值得一提的優點是有電瓶車可以去碼頭接送，司機還主動幫忙拿行李。

酒店服務很好，會提前一天電話詢問是否需要去碼頭接，環境也很好，晚上也很安靜，靠近海邊，空氣質量不錯，陳經理很好，提前加我微信告訴我怎麼去坐船，因為我們高鐵沒趕上，所以晚到了，還給我們派車接我們，還有人員幫忙提行李箱，晚上我們叫了外賣也幫忙給我們送到房間。開車的胡師傅人也很好，又幽默，到點走我們想買東西他也很耐心的等我們買完，這次體驗很好，下次來鼓浪嶼還會選擇這個酒店。也會推薦給朋友。

酒店位於鼓浪嶼西南角，離內厝澳碼頭很近，酒店有碼頭接客服務，酒店門口就有一片沙灘，遠離商業區，景色美，非常安靜。從大堂進門開始讓人驚艷，乾淨氣派，房間雖然不大但是很舒服。酒店提前一天開始電話確認達到時間，因為淡季，我們中午到直接入住，工作人員幫忙拿行李，餐廳的東西也超好吃，價格合理，自助早餐的沙茶麪是在廈門吃到最好吃的，品種很豐富，工作人員都超級nice！

早餐很豐富，阿姨做的沙茶麪很好吃

酒店房間和前台服務很好，地理位置極佳，酒店有電瓶車接送去繁華的三丘田碼頭，很方便。白天隨便逛島內，下午到酒店休息會兒，晚上讓電瓶車送到三丘田逛夜景吃東西。十點接回去，沙灘完全沒人，恰逢退潮，獨霸沙灘很香。而且很安靜，睡眠很好。
這次帶了長者小孩，小孩玩一個晚上沙不亦樂乎，長者完全不用擔心走路勞累。
本來衹打算住一晚，體驗太好，忍不住續住。下次如果再開鼓浪嶼，還會選擇這家。
