酒店離步行街和老街都很近，下樓就是各種小吃，很方便，環境一般，不過一份價格一分貨，住的還是很舒適的，熱水器的水很熱，下雨天臨時住一天，能洗個熱水澡也是挺好的，要求也不太高，老闆娘很熱情，也有停車位，性價比可以

熱水來的快，水量也夠大，下樓就是步行街，美食街離老街也很近，還有電梯。停車的時候要提前打電話預約

修路比較難走，在熱鬧的地方，下樓就有吃的，各種好吃😋的都有，老闆兩夫妻也很和氣熱情，旅館乾淨衞生，值得推薦

總體評價中等偏上，設施齊備但是較老化，住的七樓水壓小，如廁洗澡不太方便，衞生還可以，服務不錯，周邊環境也挺好的，出門就是美食街晚上熱鬧，在老城區來説算不錯了，最大的優勢就是價格實惠。

服務還可以，就是設施有些陳舊，地裏位置很好，緊臨赤坎老街，周邊還有公園，但周邊環境很亂，如果開車停車很是問題。
