位置相對“偏”但實際上距離主幹道不遠，停車是路邊劃線位置，因為道路到頭是船廠，所以沒車，停車還是方便。住房條件一般，服務很好，早餐是二樓，品種很豐富，不過搭配讓人感覺不南不北

入住海景房，可以看到整個廣州灣以及造船廠港口。海灣大橋也盡收眼底。
設施、衞生都挺好的，特別是老闆服務很熱情周到，出退房了都還再增加送飲料。在國慶的假期裏體驗到這樣經濟實惠的酒店還要啥自行車呀！

爺爺人很好，我去的時候衹有過夜的火車，早上七點到湛江，給酒店打電話問能不能提前入住，然後爺爺非常爽快的答應了，但是我想提一點點意見，入住期間可不可以不隨便開門，有一次是我剛好站門口旁邊有阿姨直接開門進來了，還有一次是我出門了但是阿姨來打掃衞生，我感覺有點點不喜歡，因為我感覺要是我沒穿好衣服阿姨就直接開門的話很不舒服，但是總體非常好啦

差差差，在湛江住了三個晚上，這個是最差的，被罩和床單都是濕的，找老闆説了，老闆説人家給他洗的，送來都是有點濕的，晚上都沒脱衣服睡的，把我的隔臟睡袋都弄濕了，睡醒頭都是不舒服的，身上也是疼的，難受死了。勸大家繞行。

雖然老闆人很好，給升級了大床房。但是我必須説實話，衞生真的太差了，打開房門一股濃重的煙味撲鼻而來，讓人窒息。洗臉池也沒熱水，地上桌子上都不乾淨，各種臟亂角落。隔音也很差，一早就叮叮噹噹的響聲。很後悔沒立即退房，真的不推薦，糟糕的一晚，沒吃早飯就匆匆退房走了。

我們來考試的，老闆娘姐姐的態度特別好。特地給了我們有暖氣的房間，早餐也好多，很像在家的感覺哈哈。反正就是特別好~本來考試很累，但這裏的人態度都特別好，感覺好暖心🥰

讓我印象非常深刻的店，來讓我好好誇一誇。國慶出遊，住這裏性價比非常高。住過很多賓館酒店，這裏的服務是最熱情最好的，老闆娘非常好非常有耐心，還有兩個非常懂事有禮貌的兒子，幫媽媽給客人樓上樓下的送水，平均年齡也就十歲，多好的孩子，教育的真好，真讓人羨慕啊。個人覺得自己事兒不多，就是覺有點輕，國慶住宿的人多，有些年輕小夥子真是鬧騰，大半夜不睡覺在走廊大聲喧嘩，第二天和老闆娘商量換個房間，老闆娘二話不説就要給換，打掃衞生的阿姨和叔叔人也非常好，建議我説昨天的客人已經走了，原來的房間各方面更好一些，我又去找老闆娘，她説好的那再安排客人的時候，儘量隔壁不安排年輕的。來來回回的找她我都有點不好意思了，她還是笑着耐心的迴應我。第一天剛去的時候，聽説我和孩子還沒吃飯，邀請我們一起吃員工餐。第二天我帶孩子去海邊趕海，老闆娘看我沒有工具，把她兒子們的鏟子和桶借給我們，回來的時候我説洗乾淨送下來，她大兒子追着我上樓一直説阿姨我來洗就行。在這住的兩天真的非常舒心踏實，我們衹是普普通通的客人，她們讓我和孩子有了在孃家的感覺，非常感動！好人有好報，祝生意興隆，孩子們健康快樂成長！再有機會來湛江，還住這裏！
