性價比還是挺高的一家公寓了，地理位置挺優越的，出行這些都還是比較的方便，房間裏面的東西擺放的也很整齊，基本乾淨，睡上鋪也沒有異味，休息的很好！

地處繁華地段，地理位置優越，向海邊走幾百米就是小吃街，房間很大但傢俱比較陳舊，環境衞生也不太夠，但前台小姐姐服務還是不錯的，洗衣機的門壞了，晚上11點多能安排師傅修好

如果能不住湛江，就不要住湛江，常年、長年霧氣籠罩！枕頭被子就沒有乾的。這個是公寓樓，很多酒店共用這棟公寓樓。各自承包樓層或者房間，亂！幾個女孩子單獨來最好不要住這種地方。沒用任何床品，穿了很多衣服睡下的，而且自帶帳篷充氣墊。

非常差。
1⃣️衞生差，房間牀板上有蟑螂窩（如圖，慎點），黴味嚴重；
2⃣️設施不良，房間內wifi無法聯網（4546房）；
3⃣️服務人手不足，所有需求均需自己去8樓前台提，微信溝通基本無效；
4⃣️服務極差，有蟑螂窩拒絕處理，拒絕換房，拒絕退房，拒絕補償，酒店領導在和前台人員通話中公然説“有蟑螂很正常”之類言辭。
過程簡介：我們在下午18.15登記入住，登記第一時間前台人員要求我們協助刷單。入住後發現wifi無效，前台溝通後讓我們自己想辦法（關機重啟），重啟後wifi問題仍無法解決。中途我們出門吃飯後20.30回房，發現床上和枕頭有蟑螂，聯繫前台要求換房無果。後要求蟑螂葯和更換床單被套，前台要求我們去前台自行領取蟑螂葯、枕套和床單，自行更換（更換被套需加收服務費）。21.20我們自行更換床單、掀起床墊後，發現床下有蟑螂窩，要求退房，酒店領導以已登記入住為由拒絕退房、換房、補償。由攜程補償50元后重新找房入住。

外地來旅遊在這裡是挺不錯的，在萬達樓上晚上夜景也是非常的哇塞，酒店基礎設施也是挺好的，衞生環境也不錯，主要是價格也便宜，外地學生來住一晚不過百，非常不錯的酒店，
