InterContinental Zhengzhou

This InterContinental is, hands down, the best I've ever stayed at, excelling in service, ambiance, and management. The bedding was incredibly comfortable. Its location is super convenient, with a luxury shopping mall right next door. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next visit. I hope the hotel continues to maintain its high standards!

For my inaugural visit to Zhengzhou, Henan, I naturally opted for the InterContinental, a chain I frequently stay with. Getting around and parking were both very convenient. (Given Zhengzhou's rainy weather, the secure parking facilities here are a significant advantage for road-trippers). The check-in lobby is situated on the seventh floor. Personally, I'm not a big fan of hotels with high-level lobbies as I find them a bit inconvenient; you have to switch elevators to get back to your room. It's particularly bothersome for smokers who need to go all the way downstairs. The room itself was excellent. There were no strange odors upon entering, the decor was simple yet comfortable, and the high ceilings contributed to a very comfortable and grand feel. Cleanliness was impeccable; I didn't spot any visible hygiene issues. The fabric sofa had a minor stain, but it wasn't a major concern. The room's soundproofing was effective, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. However, the hotel's buffet breakfast had a somewhat limited variety, with not many options. I also tried Zhengzhou's local specialty, stewed noodles (Huimian), but it was quite mediocre. While I don't expect it to be a specialty restaurant, there's no need for it to be *that* bland! Room service and other requests were handled very quickly and efficiently. Overall, a positive experience!

The hotel is superbly located, right next to David City, with People's Park and Erqi Square just a few hundred meters away. All staff members provided excellent service, a commendable standard even for an InterContinental property.

This place is absolutely fantastic! My friends and I stayed here for our trip, and honestly, every aspect was superb – the quality, the environment, the cleanliness, and especially the staff's service attitude. Our room was immaculately cleaned by the housekeeping team, and they even went the extra mile to neatly arrange all our used cosmetics. Coming back to the hotel that day and seeing such thoughtful care really warmed our hearts. It was definitely worth every penny, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone. Plus, when we checked out, the lovely lady at the front desk even gave us a small souvenir! The entire experience was just wonderful.

I'd say this is probably the best hotel in Zhengzhou. Every aspect met expectations, and overall, I was very satisfied. It definitely lives up to its price point. Breakfast was decent. Honestly, when in Zhengzhou, this is the only hotel I'd consider. I'll definitely return on my next visit. The hotel's follow-up staff were also extremely diligent. Highly recommended.

Facilities: Superb! Cleanliness: Superb! Ambiance: Superb! Service: Superb! I particularly loved the separate toilet and wash basin area in the room, which made getting ready incredibly convenient and hassle-free. The staff were exceptionally patient, and all employees were very polite. The hotel's direct connection to a shopping mall made dining and shopping extremely convenient.
