Good location. Breakfast is chinese style but rotate everyday. Room is comfortable, clean and well designed. The staff can not speak English but use app translation instead, no problem for communication. The great of this hotel is staffs who work with smile and service-minded!!! Recommend this hotel !

隔音不是很好，門關了跟沒關一樣，走廊和隔壁什麼聲音都聽得清。
地理位置不錯，鄭州的最中心，走路十分鐘就是地鐵站。

實事求是點評，前後訂了兩間房，因為有孩子所以想要商家安排比較安靜的房，雖然不在同一樓層但商家也是滿足了需求。
重點是:半夜打電話吵醒來孩子老父母親，孩子本來就出門累得身體不舒服，半夜還打電話真的是讓我。。。我們退房時買的特產本想讓前台稍微看管下等快遞來了寄的，確實前台太忙，沒有太多心思看管，於是我叫我老公晚走半天先找快遞寄出！訂了兩間同一晚的房，一間有早餐，一間沒早餐，我父母帶孩子去剛開始不給吃，説他們住的那間無早餐。。。我和我老公大早就出門找吃的了，小人之心度君子之父。。。高鐵上打我爸電話還要好評，全然不顧顧客是否方便，帶孩子和長者的旅行真的惹不起這樣的服務！h管家不太靈敏，年紀大了？
點贊:酒店打掃阿姨給我刷卡去我想去的樓層，蓋世表示感謝的，也能給我拉行李時讓出她打掃車的過道！臨街的房子其實也不吵，房間也很大！阿姨放了一次性馬桶墊，衞生不錯！
可能管理層得用心思考自己的問題，不好意思心直嘴快説了這麼多實話！

酒店離鄭州站和二七廣場都非常近，鄭州站東廣場出來步行5分鐘左右過條馬路就到了，到二七廣場也是步行十分鐘的距離。酒店門頭不大，但樓內環境很不錯，挺新的，房間面積適中，佈局合理，也很安靜，雖然臨街，關上窗子就基本上沒有噪聲了。住得挺舒服，房間有智能系統，很方便。對這次的選擇很滿意～
