酒店設施老舊，洗衣機也是收費排隊等候的，床單不知道是不是一天一換，住了一星期，每天都打掃了，最後幾天發現被罩的印子還是原本的存在！
最後兩天身上一直髮癢，塗了塗葯膏，現在離店兩天了身上還癢不乾淨！
服務還行，衞生極差

看有些客人評價廣州大酒店裝修老舊，其實不然，此次來鄭州到廣州大酒店連住數日，感覺不錯，客房各頂條件、服務均比較規範，唯一不足的是酒店停車位比較緊張，但保安都會負責的引導予以解決。

雖然酒店設施比較老舊，但是總體來説環境還可以，畢竟價格很親民。性價比超高，餐廳88元套餐非常合口味，出差辦事在附近的值得入住。

老店設施有點年代感，衞生間感覺微微有點老舊，這是唯一的問題。床品很乾凈也很舒服，房間沒有異味，配的沙發很好用。價格親民，酒店離市中心二七廣場一公里左右，比較方便。酒店挨着人民公園晚上比較安靜。
