The room was absolutely perfect! The service was outstanding – truly exceptional. I'm incredibly satisfied with everything. I actually stayed here once before, after July 20th (when the power was still being restored), and even under those challenging circumstances, the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service. I was so impressed back then! I was delighted to have the opportunity to stay again this time. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, and there are excellent breakfast options right outside.

This time I took my baby out for a trip, and I really found a treasure! The parent-child hotel I chose was a great experience. There is a super large bathtub in the room. When the child enters the room, he is as excited as if he has discovered a new world. Fill it with water and sprinkle bubble bath balls. The little guy plays with water and toys in it. He is so happy that his happy time starts instantly. This bathtub is not only a paradise for children, but also a good place for me and my child's father to relax. At night, when the child falls asleep, we can also take a comfortable bath to eliminate the fatigue of the day. I went to have breakfast the next day and was surprised by the rich variety of food as soon as I entered the restaurant. There are traditional Chinese breakfasts, such as white and plump buns, crispy fried dough sticks, and various nutritious porridges; there are also many Western breakfasts, such as bread, ham, fried eggs, and rich jams and butter. Every bite is super satisfying. The colorful fruit area is filled with fresh seasonal fruits, sweet and juicy; the small cakes and biscuits in the dessert area are exquisite and cute, and people are happy just by looking at them. The children were overwhelmed by the choices, and their picky eating habits disappeared. They ate deliciously. Moreover, the restaurant environment is warm and the waiters are friendly, which makes people feel very comfortable. What's more surprising is that the facilities around the hotel are superb! Wanda Plaza is not far away, where you can eat, drink and have fun. After dinner, you can take your children to watch a children's movie or play parent-child amusement projects, which is very convenient. There is also a cultural and creative park not far away, where some creative markets and handicraft activities are often held on weekends. Taking your children to stroll around can not only feel the artistic atmosphere, but also cultivate their creativity and aesthetic ability. It really kills two birds with one stone. I came to Zhengzhou from out of town for a concert and picked Zhengzhou M Hotel. The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was captivated by its stunning design. The front desk staff and the helpful guest service associates were all incredibly welcoming, greeting guests with warm smiles. Their service was excellent, striking a perfect balance between attentiveness and making me feel completely at ease. I stayed here for two nights and had a very restful sleep. The bedding in the room was incredibly soft and comfortable, and I really appreciated the well-designed wet/dry separation in the bathroom. What's more, the room was stocked with branded toiletries, all infused with a lovely sandalwood fragrance. I was genuinely surprised and delighted by this hotel, which I chose somewhat randomly. I will definitely choose to stay here again the next time I visit Zhengzhou, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to my family and friends!

A truly five-star experience with five-star service. While some facilities are a bit dated, the room was spacious and the overall stay was very comfortable. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in and a small farewell gift upon departure. The hot water for the shower wasn't quite hot enough, but when we reported it to the front desk, their response was incredibly quick. The engineering team immediately came up to adjust it – that level of responsiveness is truly commendable. The next day, we booked the hotel's car service to visit Shaolin Temple. The concierge team generously upgraded us to a Mercedes-Benz executive van free of charge. Our driver, Mr. Liu, was an excellent driver – both fast and steady. We wish the hotel continued success and a flourishing business.

The bathroom was spotless, with plenty of hot water, and the full set of toiletries was high-quality and reassuring. The service was impeccable, the staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. I came to watch the concert🍠I saw someone recommending this hotel, so I booked it in a hurry. I found that it is really close to the subway entrance, Exit D, and on the left is the Zhongyuan Wanda across the road. I didn’t do any guides and just came here. The concertgoers were very friendly! Service: The service is very good! When I checked in, there was a small support sticker at the front desk. The staff asked me if I came to watch the concert. He told me that there was fruit nearby and I could get one. I had always attended concerts in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. It was my first time in the north and Zhengzhou. I was so touched that I will definitely come to Zhengzhou again if I have the next chance. I booked a double bed room. The room was quite big and very clean and tidy. I was very satisfied!
