The front desk service was exceptionally attentive, the check-in process was efficient, and the location was also very convenient, just a few minutes' walk from Wanda, close to attractions and shopping districts. The value for money was incredible, and I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Zhengzhou!

It's actually the Kempinski Hotel. I don't know why the name on the website is different from the actual name. When I checked in, the hotel was under renovation, and there were beds and other things everywhere. It was quite nice... There's a washing machine for laundry. The bathroom also has separate wet and dry areas, which is nice. The room was a little damp, though, probably from not being ventilated for a long time. Of course, we still need to maintain the ability to find satisfaction in the little things in life, like savoring long-lost delicacies, revisiting familiar street corners, buying a favorite dress, and experiencing tender moments. These seemingly trivial moments in life are actually secret pathways to a planet of happiness.

The room is well decorated, everything is complete, and the sound insulation is very good, it will not be noisy at night. The boss is also very nice. Because we had to delay check-out due to train issues, the boss directly extended our check-out to 3 pm. It was very good and highly recommended.
