This is a well-built hotel with the latest facilities. It was nice to have a washing machine with a drying function in the room. The view was also very good However, there was no wifi connection in my room, which was inconvenient. Other than that, I'm satisfied with everything.

The newly opened hotel and apar**ent hotel are very comfortable to stay in. The rooms are relatively large and very spacious for a family trip. The underground parking is also very convenient and can be parked directly to B3. Parking is free. The view from the room is also very good. It has been upgraded to drive to the sea and Venice Water City. Crossing the road when you go out is Venice Water City. It is also very convenient to eat and cross the road to Xiding. . Thanks to Butler Ziyi, who sent us to the room and introduced the facilities and nearby places to visit. The experience was very good and friendly! It's nice to have tea service when you check in at the front desk. Dalian has been a bit cold recently, so it's great to drink hot tea! I booked a city view king bed room. When I entered the room, I found that it had been upgraded to a two-bedroom, super spacious room. Downstairs is the Venice Water City, and you can overlook the night view without leaving home. On the day we checked in, the musical fountain stopped due to wind, otherwise we could see it from the room. The ladies on the staff were very gentle and even gave me small gifts after leaving the store, which was very considerate. It's just that the floor is too high and it's difficult to wait for the elevator. It's quite convenient to park at b3 according to the instructions.

She also gave fruits to talk about the problem. There are no batteries in the two TV remote controls in the room. I don’t know if the previous guests took them away to make phone calls. I went to the front desk and asked the waiter to deliver it until I checked out the next day. No one delivered it. Secondly, the curtains in the east-facing room were not dark enough. When the sun came out, the room was so bright that I basically couldn't sleep in. Overall, I felt pretty good. I will come again next time.

Seeing that we have elderly people, we were upgraded to a two-bedroom sea view suite for free, with an extra double bed, so the elderly can have a better rest. The baby was a little unsatisfied with the water loss, so the waiter found a thermometer. If he needed to add water in the middle of the night, it was delivered quickly. The next day, we left a message to clean the room and said that there was no need to replace the dental appliances. We could just use them the next day. When we came back, we found that the old dental appliances had been laid out and the new dental appliances had also been placed. Check-out is convenient, the waiter helps put the luggage and opens the door. After reading a lot of complaints online about the outdated services and facilities of five-star hotels in Dalian, this one really has no choice. Next time I come to Dalian, if the hotel doesn’t increase the price, I will definitely stay in their sea view room.

位置是好，對面就是威尼斯水城。 健身房的海景無敵，但是器械太少！ 餐廳的海景很好，但吃的東西感覺一般！ 房間給升級了套房，實際是個二居室，一開始以為是個五星酒店，實際衹是個精裝修交付的公寓，估計弄了幾層了打造酒店！説實在話，如果是對五星酒店有追求的，會讓你感覺很一般，和五星酒店的標準還是有差距和待提升的空間。
