下單之後溝通取消訂單不通過，客人沒有入住都把錢先收了，還不能取消，現在的商家真是太聰明瞭，每個人下單都是預留房，你住或者不住都都要收錢，所以大家下單之前先好好問清楚吧，下單不能取消，硬生生把這個錢強收了，管你住不住網上下單付款了，都給你全收了，跟同城溝通可以取消訂單的，商家拒絕取消訂單，這就過分了吧
