老熟人了，每到珠海便住这，附近是城中村，地滩夜市林立，25平的一米8大床房，干净卫生，床上用品高挡，窗戶大，採光好，性价此特高，值得推薦。

衞生很乾凈，設備也齊全，還有洗衣機哦，交通便利，公寓位置也好找，就在路口，距離夜市五分鐘，還有老闆服務態度灰常好

酒店發佈的照片千萬不要信！虛假！這酒店就是一個城中村的小旅館！衞生極差，蟑螂到處爬！設施極舊，特別臟！窗户不隔音，臨界，噪音特別大！我們入住時，發現房間根本不打掃，衞生間還有別人正在拿洗衣機洗衣服！簡直荒唐！攜程上能出現這種酒店，真是顛覆了我的世界觀！

性價比很高的酒店，地址在城中村，外面衞生條件一般，裏面還是挺整潔的，周邊配套很齊全，老闆服務態度很好，沒得説。對於住宿條件要求很高的慎重考慮，要是追求性價比的值得考慮。

優居精品公寓位於中山市坦洲鎮沖尾街1巷20號。公寓離明珠站3公里。離拱北口岸8公里。公寓周邊吃飯方便。因窗户對着馬路。所以晚上睡覺有點吵。老闆態度好。
