"The hotel is amazing- it is brand new and the swimming pool is a good playground for the kids. The king suite is perfect for families to stay. In addition, there were clowns in the hotel lobby who gave out free balloons to the kids. My daughter had a great time ! What’s even better is that the bus to Hong Kong stops directly at the hotel which makes it a perfect weekend getaway for families with kids !"

"My experience to Sheraton this time starts from the moment upon my arrival to the location. Door man was helpful and offered help if there's any need for luggage transfer. Check-in process was smooth and efficient. The check-in representative (William) was truly professional and greet me as a returned customer to Sheraton, which I feel honor for being accepted and welcomed. On the other hand, he realized I am a frequent biz traveller around the world. He introduced various hotel facilities professionally to relate my business opportunity, which is very smart of him. He also grades the buffet breakfast is well suitable for family and biz related occasions. It was another wonderful experience to stay in Sheraton together with my family."

"We went back to Zhongshan to visit some of our relatives, we booked this hotel because it is very convenient to everywhere and is at downtown. You will find snacks nearby, supermarkets and 2 major shopping malls. We booked the 60 sq. meter room but being upgraded to 90 sq. meter with executive lounge access. Not only this, the next day we were stuck at Zhongshan because of the strong wind, ferries all closed, the hotel offered us the same price booked for 60 sq. meter but still upgraded us to 90 sq. meter. This is actually very generous. Thank you team and taking care of us during our hassle."

"Second brush, as always comfortable. It was a bit late when it arrived, and it was dark around. The boss is waiting for us in the yard. The room is very warm and has a tea room near the water, so the chat is very interesting until the middle of the night. In the morning, the proprietress asked us to join us to participate in the Goddess Festival organized by the village. The villagers gathered in the small square next to the Tianhou Palace to sing and dance. On the edge of the square, two hundred-year-old trees stand in a staggered circle, and people stand under the tree canopy like a big umbrella to cover the sky and the sun. Walking through the alleys of the village, the blue brick gray tile Lingnan buildings are a color. Although they are residential houses, most of them are carved beams and painted buildings. The former prosperity is slightly seen. The village was not big to stroll around, but went back to the small courtyard. Yesterday it was too late and I didn’t check it. The yard integrates 10 old private houses to make guest rooms. The rooms are surrounded by mouth fonts. The front and back doors are opened. In the middle, pavilions are decorated with various flowers for public space. Guests can choose their favorite place to make tea and talk, and the pool is full of brocades, but be careful they eavesdrop on your secrets. Note: The boss's secret lemon duck is a must."

"When I look up and saw the air-conditioning duck, I almost fainted. It is just completely disgusting. I don’t understand how a five star hotel,or so they claim, does nothing about cleaning the air conditioning deck. I don’t know whether this is dust or this is mold, but in any event, it is disgusting and it may be contributing to my allergy in the room"

"The WiFi in the room required a local number but we didn’t have one. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and she provided us a number to connect."

"Check In process is slow and I arrived very late which I prefer a quicker process to the room. When I came into the room, the window is opened. Water coming out from the shower head is thin fast water blade and when showering consistently my skin hurts. I booked 2 rooms and both shower same. Breakfast has good choice but no one organize the table. I need to hurt down my table. The front desk is good services and did apologize my experience. In room service, we did ask for extra bed sheets and basically just dump into the room. I do not expect 5 stars service but I felt this hotel has great potential as the building is quite new. Absolutely improve these small points to be better than the rest of competition."
