酒店南邊是馬路，北邊是鐵路，我以為住到北邊不臨馬路了會不吵，結果一晚上過火車的時候聲音還是很吵，房間隔音很差；另外走廊上不管誰説話都感覺像在自己房間裏一樣，也很吵；房間裏的礦泉水一天衹給兩瓶，多了要兩塊錢一瓶，不是免費的；床墊很硬，睡了一晚上，腰疼；整體感覺睡得不好。

酒店服務太差！五一帶孩子去的，一般酒店都給孩子大方地送張餐劵，這裏説不行，説是二十一位。早餐特別差，就是鹹菜稀飯，連雞蛋都很少上。服務人員態度惡劣，旅遊體驗極差。對酒店對鍾祥很失望，親子出行不建議選擇。

5.1 下午入住的6層，房間衞生差，一張床衹配了一個枕頭，因為有小孩，就提出增加枕頭和一次性拖鞋的訴求，就這麼簡單的合理要求，客房服務員和前台糾結半天，一會兒説要加收費，一會兒説沒有備用的了，一會兒房間櫃子裏有備用的枕頭，但是房間備用的是帶血漬的枕頭，然後又拿不出加收費用標準的文件規定，最終服務員竟然説，看我帶着孩子太可憐，所以把隔壁用作婚房的房間枕頭換到我房間。無語😑這樣的素質開什麼酒店！！！出來玩遇到這種糟心的酒店，真的是倒黴，晦氣！奉勸謹慎選擇！
