The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La" expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for "online payment" which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.

Hotel staff is kindly hospitality Room service is not available Coffee is not available at the room, should going to first floor to get free coffee. Breakfast is less than two star hotel, very poor, I was doubt about the hotel is really Shangri-la or fake!!

Reasonable

This is really the worst Shangri-La hotel I have ever stayed in. The room facilities are like a budget hotel, and the worst thing is the breakfast! There is simply nothing to eat!

Objectively speaking, this is the worst Shangri-La in history, with absolutely no bottom line. The living conditions are OK, but the room is as dry as in the north. The breakfast environment is even worse, there are no normal dishes, and the corn is not fully steamed. This gave me a new understanding of Shangri-La.

This is probably the worst Shangri-La hotel I have ever experienced. Not only is the location bad, but there are no supporting facilities nearby. To get to the nearest seafood restaurant, you have to walk around the cultural center and sports park for 30 minutes. In addition, the breakfast selection is surprisingly limited and is not even as good as that of a three-star hotel.

Second stay, quite satisfied, service response is fast. Breakfast is very cheap, because the breakfast room is very small, but a bowl of beef noodles is worth it, very delicious, steamed dumplings taste good but cold.

This is a relatively small Shangri-La, and the facilities are not very complete. There is no gym or swimming pool, but the service is quite thoughtful and the sanitary conditions are also acceptable.

Needless to say, the room is of five-star standard and cost-effective. I would like to talk about breakfast in particular. The dining area is not big and there are not many varieties. The seafood noodles and beef noodles taste good. The service attitude is even better. The girl is gentle, polite and courteous.

I give three stars for sanitation, because the bathroom is very small, the shower water pressure is low, and the toiletries are so-so. I give three stars for the environment, because the hotel only has one floor, only the third floor, and the 4th to 9th floors are not decorated and not open. There is a faint decoration smell. It opened in 2020. The breakfast area is probably the size of three rooms, and the breakfast category is not as many as the Hanting in the same city.

The hotel is relatively new, with convenient parking. Next to the hotel is the Art Gallery and Museum, and there is also a Bay Park with a great night view. The room is clean and comfortable, but the hotel is a bit small. The front desk girl provided very good service, very thoughtful and considerate, and I will stay here again next time.

It was my first time to travel to Zhoushan, and I chose a big brand hotel. Before I checked in, the hotel front desk clerk had contacted me in advance to inform me of the front desk location and other information, and also helped me answer questions about traveling to Zhoushan, which made me feel that staying at Shangri-La was worth it. After checking in, I felt that the hotel was small in size, different from other Shangri-La hotels, and the room decoration was simple, but I personally felt very comfortable and not depressed. You can see the bay outside, and the night view is very good. The girl at the front desk also helped me make a travel guide, which made my trip to Zhoushan smoother. The service is really great, very considerate and thoughtful. Of course, I also hope that your hotel can open rooms on higher floors and other entertainment facilities, which will be even more perfect [strong]

It was my first time to travel to Zhoushan and I chose the Shangri-La brand hotel. The hotel manager on duty contacted me in advance to inform me where to check in, which was very considerate. After arriving at the hotel, the girl at the front desk also enthusiastically introduced Zhoushan to us. The room was simple and comfortable, and their service made up for the lack of hardware, but the overall feeling was still good, and I will stay there again next time.

The room was very clean, and the decoration style was the warm feeling I liked. There was an unbeatable sea view outside the window. I would especially like to praise Manager Lin at the front desk. Not only was the service professional and meticulous, but he also pointed out the transportation route for me to go to the place where I had to work the next day in detail. It was really considerate.
