Love this hotel and the breakfast was great! Definitely recommended

Within walking distance to Castle and shopping areas

Great choice! Walkable to a lot of good locations - Kumamoto Castle, Josaien, shopping street, tram stops, shopping mall. They were kind enough to let us check in early because the room was ready. Early check out was also not a problem as we were allowed to leave our luggage as we enjoy our last day in Kumamoto. The staff were also approachable. I had a minor issue and they instantly tried to remedy it. We had a great stay in Kumamoto. Thank you!

Comfortable hotel with a convinient location in Kumamoto.

We were give room on the 3rd floor for our return stay, the WiFi connection was terrible, there were some kind of red stains on one of our bath towel. No bottle mineral waters were provided to us at all. The walls have some brown stain that looks like coffee stained as well. Bed was not comfortable and we didn’t really sleep well.

Excellent location, friendly staffs, clean rooms

I don’t like the smell in the bathroom. The room is quite small. But you have every thing you may need in the room: fridge, a cattle, hairdryer, flat tv screen and a bathtub.

Can clear see Kumamoto castle from room is so good. Room also clean and conscience to downtown.

Room was clean and the best part was the rooftop facing Kumamoto Castle. My room, however wasn’t facing the castle sadly.

Good location, near the shopping street, and there are few convenient stores nearby. The view of my room can see the Kumamoto castle! Not a big room, but you will get all the things you need inside the room. Good for couple or Busines trip, quite a comfy and clean environment to stay.

The hygiene of the hotel room is not ideal, but the service attitude is okay. I would not recommend staying in this hotel. You can directly see Kumamoto Castle from the hotel room and the 10th floor terrace.
