We love everything about Healray Collection. Our flight arrived late, and took a late ferry over to the Island. Luckily they had shuttle service from and to Ferry, which made it so much easier than calling a car service. When we arrived, they assisted us unloading the luggage. Our room got excellent view and could see the Guan Yin statue from our room. I'm OCD, so cleanliness is very important to me and I approved. We booked two nights, sadly we were only able to stay one night due to a Gale warning. The hotel had such a great customer service, when we were sightseeing, they gave us a call to inform us that they received a Gale warning and that the ferry will not operate the next day. They gave us an option to stay or refund us the one night if we wished to checkout to catch the ferry. They were very helpful and resourceful in that respect. The manager Zhou Min reached out to our online booking to verify our refund. We were very pleased and amazed with their extraordinary service. I personally would definitely refer and book with them again. I care about service and they have one of the best service I've had experienced.

The hotel is in a good location, close to Zizhulin and Nanhai Guanyin. There are also minibuses to pick up from the pier. The hotel's restaurant is moderately priced, similar to the food stalls outside the B&B. The beach is right in front of the hotel.

This is a newly opened hotel. There is a beach at the doorstep and you can see the Nanhai Guanyin when you go out. There is an authentic restaurant on the first floor of the hotel, which makes it convenient for dining. I give a thumbs up to Xiao Wei!

Convenient location, very clean, good service, downstairs is the chain restaurant "Original Flavor" delicious and inexpensive, the seafood is also very fresh 🌹

The room is very clean, the hotel staff are also very nice, no matter what the problem is, they are very proactive in dealing with it. There is also a pier pick-up service, and there are bed guards for children staying with them, which is very considerate!!! You can also see the Nanhai Guanyin outside the window. There is a beach outside the hotel.

I went to Putuo Mountain three times in total. The hotel I stayed in this time was the best and very clean. The beach was opposite the hotel and the Guanyin statue could be seen in the room. The dinner in the restaurant on the first floor was great, the buffet breakfast was rich, and the butler service attitude was very good, helping to take the suitcase to the room.

The room was clean and tidy, and all the staff I met were very nice and friendly. It was a very good experience. If I come to Putuo Mountain again, I will definitely stay here. The location is also very good, by the sea, looking up at the Nanhai Guanyin.

The dinner at the B&B is delicious. There is a flat beach outside. The staff in Fangcheng, Tanghe and other places in Nanyang, Henan are very enthusiastic and helpful. Thank you 🥹

I come to Putuo Mountain every year. Last year, I saw that this hotel was still under renovation. This year, it opened, so I specially booked a night. It is more expensive than the surrounding hotels, but the hotel facilities are much newer and not bad. There is a restaurant downstairs, and the food is not bad.

Rubbish mechanism. I want to beat up the woman at the front desk. They let us spend high-end money but gave us a cheap room. I wrote it clearly in my last review. The difference of 400 or 500 must be given to me, otherwise I will complain to the end.

In recent years, the prices in Putuo Mountain have been close to those of foreign travel. If it weren't for the Buddhist Kingdom of Sea and Sky, I probably wouldn't want to come again. The hotel I booked this time has a four-digit price on weekdays. I saw in the reviews before that it was high-end toiletries, hair dryers, and teapots. But what is it actually like? Pictures speak for themselves. The so-called whole-house intelligence is also a gimmick. Only curtains and lights can be controlled by Xiaodu. The TV can be turned on with Xiaodu, but voice switching is not possible. It is almost not practical. The hotel has nothing to recommend it except that it is close to the Guanyin of the South China Sea. Disadvantages: 1. There is no partition between the bathroom, toilet and room, which is very inconvenient for children to grow up. 2. There is no chair in the room, only a platform similar to a bay window to sit on. 3. The hotel's dock pick-up only has one round trip, and you need to walk to Zizhulin to take a bus to other places. 4. The room equipment is at most three stars, but the price charged is more expensive than the five-star two-night hotel outside the island. Since the branding, Putuo Mountain has no cost-effectiveness at all

After you get out of the pier, you need to call the hotel and they will send a car to pick you up. The hotel is very clean and the room design is very unique. But because I live on the first floor and it is very close to the restaurant, there are many people queuing for lunch and dinner, which is quite noisy. The hotel is very close to Nanhai Guanyin and Puji Temple, which can be reached in about 15-20 minutes on foot. You should also tell us in advance when you check out, so that you can arrange a car to take you to the parking lot closest to the pier, which is very convenient. The overall experience is very good. The earlier you book the room, the better. We booked a week later, and the same room was 700 yuan more expensive😂

The newly opened hotel in 2023, although a little more expensive, is definitely the best choice. It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the pier and is relatively close to the Zizhu Forest. I will stay here next year.

The hotel is super clean. The handsome guy at the front desk, Xiao Gao, has a very good service attitude. He is very patient and meticulous. The hotel is very close to the scenic spots. You can overlook the Guanyin of the South China Sea from indoors. The golden beach is right at the door. The hotel also provides pier pick-up and luggage storage services, which is very considerate. There is an original restaurant downstairs with very good dishes! Will continue to live here next year👍🏻
