Lovely resort. Super cosy room with the comfiest bed of our trip, fridge & waters, nice bathroom etc. Nice welcome drink & nice buffet breakfast, egg station was good, would have been better if the other food was warm. Nice pool on the beach. Nice to have a gym but it is very very basic. Unfortunately, we paid for a deluxe room with a jacuzzi on the balcony which we could not get any hot water out of and the staff were unable to help, I have also emailed and recieved no response.

Very quite place suitable for couples

Nice place for one or two knights, the rooms was not clean ( old tawels of last visiter) not clean at all.. Nice breakfast. Beautiful garden and beach.

This excellent hotel is not in the middle of the great action, but therefore quiet and beautiful. There are restaurants and a seven eleven in walking distance, as is a scooter rental and laundry. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are very clean, spacious, comfortable and with a lot of lovely details. We loved jumping in the pool straight out of our room! Unfortunately you can only swim at the beach at high tide but it is nice to sit and enjoy the sun and the second swimming-pool. The restaurant is basic for breakfast, snacks or a meal. The only downside might be the planes from the airport, but we just ignored them.

Nice place but average service, no dry cleaning service, no evening or night service

Good service staff at both the reception and bar. There are many pools. Sorry about the cleanliness Towel covers are not changed. There are traces of stains from previous customers. And there is construction going on in some places, making loud noises.

The hotel's beach is very thin and the watermelon and pineapple and kelp soup for breakfast are particularly delicious. There are just a few cats. The child was scratched by a cat last night and his arm was scratched with some blood. It was quite expensive to get vaccinated today. What international hospital cost six or seven hundred? We didn’t understand the language. The hotel asked us to take a taxi to the hospital ourselves, and we didn’t want to settle the claim. There are a lot of cats and dogs here.

Very beautiful, very close to the pier, 3 minutes walk Quiet and rest assured when sleeping. The bath water could be warmer, which would be better. The small square towel was used to cut mangoes and was dyed, and I was charged 120 baht when I checked out.

The hotel was excellent! The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they even upgraded our room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is convenient, and the atmosphere in the hotel was calm and inviting. Highly recommended – we would love to come back!

THE WORST BED I’VE EVER SLEPT IN The bed - by far the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, in my life. It would’ve been comfier sleeping on the grass outside. If you have any back, shoulder, muscular problems, do not book here if you want to injure yourself anymore. The hardest mattress ever made, was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. Room Security/Cleanliness - the door to our room hardly locks, you can see through the crack in the door even when it’s ‘locked’. This therefore let in all the mosquito’s at night. Anyone could’ve easily broken into the room, even with a small tool/hammer. - Cleanliness, even after the room was ‘tidied’ during the day, after having a shower before bed our feet were black just from walking from the shower to the bed, the floor clearly didn’t get cleaned or swept. Once you turn the shower on, there is a disgusting smell for a minute or so that lingers in the bathroom, not nice at all. I thought this was a 4 star establishment? - Do not be fooled by the advertising photos either, we were in a tiny bog standard room with zero character, which had 2 tidy skinny windows that looked straight out to a huge bush. Breakfast - One of if not the worst hotel breakfast I have ever had in my life. 900B (£20.76) for 2 people. Completely over priced for what we got at the buffet. Cold meat, stale waffles, soggy veg & pancakes. It was absolutely shocking, I wouldn’t even feed it to the stray cats that roam around the complex. The only nice thing was the water. This is a first for me as I’ve never left a review for any hotel or anything before so you can understand how bad our experience really was. The only positive thing I can say about this place is the WiFi, that being said, you don’t need a password to get onto it. But that just about sums this place up, zero security and sh*t. DO NOT BOOK TO STAY HERE

The hotel was a little basic, but the pools were nice and areas kept clean etc. A lot of mosquitoes in my room when I arrived, which wasn’t ideal. Staff were ok, not overly friendly, as I had experienced in other parts of Thailand. The part of the hotel I was in, there was no lift, so was about 3 flights of stairs. There weren’t any complimentary shampoos or body washes either, which I had hoped for as I had packed relatively lightly, as I was travelling. I wouldn’t rate this as a 4* resort, it is more like 3*.
