But this year's stay experience is very unsatisfactory:
1. Hygiene: There are long hairs on the bath towels, and I don't know if it has been washed.
2. Service fee: I didn't bring my ID card to check in, and asked for a 3 yuan service fee. (I checked in without my ID card for three years, and never paid the so-called service fee.
