The hotel's lines of comfort to guests were not prepared in advance, which made people feel perfunctory. I moved to the next room and let my child sit on the sofa to eat. From the corner of my eye, I saw used tissues in the cracks of the sofa. Even more uncomfortable! When the staff came, they took a look and said, "I really didn't check it here. I'm sorry." I took the tissue away and after walking around, the person left. Even two rooms had hygiene problems. It’s really outrageous. It’s the worst Lavande I’ve ever stayed in. It’s all wrong.

The main reason is that the environment is very good and the service of the lady at the front desk is also super good. This stay is very pleasant~
