環境還有衞生交通都可以，前台服務好。就清潔阿姨態度特別惡劣，房間電話線路出問題，給前台打電話催了三次，等了將近30分鐘才拿電話上來換，一句電話線路問題就走了，還問我會不會在房間待着，我説會，她説那在房間等下，會有人上來修理，結果放我鴿子，當時不想繼續麻煩了就算了，後來收拾東西發現房間沒衣架，給前台説拿4個上來，等了十幾分鍾，開門第一句跟我説還有什麼要的一次性説完，一會兒要這個一會兒要那個，她又不是衹給我一個人服務的，問我是不是在耍她，那時走廊有個大爺聽到回説我就在耍她。我説誰閑着要耍她，這明明是她自己還有酒店問題，關我什麼事，然後我有事要繼續忙，沒理她，關了門還能繼續聽到她在和那大爺埋怨我。*，前台服務是好，清潔阿姨的，呵，這服務態度也敢請，不得不説佩服這酒店

酒店地理位置不錯，在公交站銀都酒店下來就是
距離關閘很近，步行就可以到達，周邊有個很大的沃爾瑪超市，裏面購物物美價廉
酒店是新裝修的，設施也還可以。
缺點酒店對面是很大的工地，晚上和早上都很吵
而且酒店的窗户是單層的，工地打地基的聲音根本隔不住。
樓下人大聲説話的聲音也會吵到房客睡覺
酒店空調的排水管，是要開窗户甩到窗外的，也就是説必須要開一道縫隙
會有蚊子進來。

🚗 交通：酒店距離拱北口岸，珠海站都不遠，下車可以步行過來，附近還有商場可以逛
🔔服務：當晚到的比較晚了，原本定的房，全滿了，就給升級到了雙床房，處理事情還是很快速的
🍃環境：房間寬度一般，有窗，普通該有的都有
🧹衞生：目測還挺乾淨衞生，洗手間也是
床墊有點軟，枕頭衹配了一個，要是能有高低選擇會更好些。不知為什麼空調睡前還温度挺舒適的，到了5點多，居然被熱醒了，起來又把温度調低一點才行。

坐落在繁華市中心，雖然不是星級酒店，但是裝飾豪華、氣派，這家酒店的服務員個個彬彬有禮，熱情周到，酒店裝修的富麗堂皇非常高級的感覺下次會再來打卡的

酒店靠近拱北口岸十幾分鍾路程，去澳門玩的住這還算方便，價格比較實惠，環境不錯，房間衞生乾淨整潔，服務好

1.電梯壞了三天！都沒有修好 我住六樓 拿行李真的要命！
（樓梯衛生還很差，我都聞到“洗手間”不乾淨才有的味道，自行腦補吧，受不了）
2.隔音效果差！（我在床上都聽的很清楚走道大媽講什麼……）
3.空調有異味！（如果不是我有帶香薰，臭的睡不了）
4.WiFi還不行，壞的，說掃碼，說手機登錄都不行。
