During our 7-night, all-inclusive stay at the hotel to celebrate my husband's birthday, we found the hotel staff to be friendly and nice, and the hotel itself was very clean. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were awful. The food was basic and nothing special; the vegetables were overcooked, the meats could have been more seasoned and not over-backed; it felt like we had the same food every day. The cocktails were made from local alcohol, and if you wanted branded alcohol, you had to pay extra, around 7-9 euros per cocktail. The desserts, however, were very tasty. The pool and hot tub were freezing cold, which was disappointing. The location of the hotel was in the middle of nowhere, so if you are an active holiday seeker, I would recommend finding a different hotel. This hotel is more suited for passive holiday seekers who are happy to lay in the sun all day long. If you want to explore the area, you need to hire a car, which is more worth it than going on TUI trips. Definitely not a 4-star hotel.
