酒店服務非常棒，很有服務理念
我們定的標準家庭房 需要加床 酒店告知房間這樣會比較擁擠 酒店前台為了提升我們體驗感 特意給我們升級了房間 房間很大很寬敞 非常舒服
並且無論我們在哪個地方遇到服務人員 都會跟我們打招呼 詢問要去哪裡 及時給我們幫助 笑臉相迎 這個服務真的點贊👍
但是提兩點意見
1）餐還望提高，服務做的很到位，但是餐太一般了
2）温泉票衹能進入一次，多少有點彆扭，選擇入住酒店就是希望能玩的休閑自在一些，想休息休息，想泡個温泉就泡會兒 這種體驗感更好，但是現在衹能進入一次，體驗多少有點降低
整體還是不錯的 服務很提升好感的👍

真的是休閑娛樂，可以帶孩子，帶長者輕鬆愉快享受的地方，我們從唐山市區下午六點出發，七點半到的，停車很方便，晚上的夜景挺美的，進門就給人大氣、乾淨、舒適的印象，服務員態度都特別好，特別有耐心，環境真心不錯，高大上，第二天的早餐也是相當不錯，營養全面，性價比很高，吃完早餐休息了一會兒泡了半天温泉，很乾凈，人不多，非常適合帶孩子去玩一玩兒，位置也很好找，導航非常精準，下次還會帶家裡長者們一起去，點贊！

酒店服務還算可以，但是三口之家住在一個大床，不能加床，連被子都不能加，我也是醉了，説是滿房，但是兩邊住的都沒有人，不知道為什麼，十一人太多了，導致自助餐根本拿不到想吃的，而且味道很一般，花了2000大洋連個自助也沒有，實在是不敢恭維！

房間整潔乾淨，面積空間挺寬敞。衞生間與洗澡分開。唯一不足的是洗澡時噴頭沖外的話水可能會流出來，不過工作人員過來很及時就給處理了，調整一下噴頭方向會好很多。單人床也不小。給我整體的感受是這裏的工作人員很熱情，幾乎有求必應啊。很親切。還能泡温泉，父母很開心。
環境也不錯。
酒店很近的地方有古鎮可以吃飯。那個建英餐館挺不錯的。性價比高，父母吃得很開心。

環境設施尚可，服務很好，環境也不錯，一家人一起出去玩，玩得挺好的，服務人員熱情態度好。下次去泡温泉還會來這裏。希望這裡能有更多的規劃

下午三點多去的，池子太臟了，都是白色大塊碎屑，約了私湯還要排隊到18:00點，帶着孩子玩小童池，遇到一個男的居然穿着內褲和拖鞋直接入水涮腳過去的，邊上站着的工作人員沒有阻止，拖鞋還有被別人穿走的，遇到的保潔阿姨們都特別客氣，越是工作人員越是高傲態度，不知道優越感哪裡來的，諮詢問題愛答不理的，房間燈太暗了，衞生間小，沒有配備小童洗漱用品和拖鞋，因為外出我都是自備所有一次性用品，這次是臨時決定來的，內部大廳入一條小黃鴨小童泳褲折後59元袋子都沒有，晚上想要兩個一次性水杯還要下樓去大廳自取，一個房間換兩次電梯，房間塌上都是白色的毛，後來才找到答案房間是可以帶寵物進入的，晚上九點多走廊的狗還到處跑，隔壁房間的一個屋也是兩個狗，這真是第一次遇到酒店可以帶寵物的，酒店附近沒有葯店，外面飯店需要走一段路，酒店的水價格有些加的過高，我夏天在嶗山富人區一瓶水才加價兩塊，一個小童自助餐加價20，不帶零食晚上小朋友是沒什麼吃的的，中規中矩體驗一般吧
