第一次來凱里，這酒店真不錯，離千户苗寨也近，比千户苗寨裏的房間好多了，真不錯推薦大家都住這裏離凱里王府井也近

酒店整體不錯，位置還可以，隔一條街美食很多，酒店的設備舊了點，有停車場停車方便，最後吐槽一個就是早餐自助太差了，就給一小時，8點到9點提供，早了晚了都沒有，去了沒什麼吃的，就粉和稀飯饅頭，雞蛋都不拿出來，服務員給藏起來了，問了才給拿出來一個雞蛋，最差早餐沒有之一，建議取消早餐，別讓人説。

房間衞生真的是太差了，服務態度也是超級撇，反應問題，比客人還拽，床下煙頭避孕套都有，真的是噁心，反應給前台，服務員衹是去掃了就完事了，還説：我不掃了，還能幹嘛，未必我去給你舔了？
要求下才換了房間，第二天退房後，返回拿東西，我們房間也可以弄得好臟，衹是正常使用，服務員當這麪説：好惡心，好煩😡
真的是我住過態度最差的酒店了，千萬不要選擇
