"I mainly used the room for sleeping, so I didn't get to experience much of the hotel. The room was fairly clean. The price was incredibly cheap, less than the cost of a single meal in Switzerland, and breakfast was included, though the breakfast selection was quite limited."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptionally friendly. Please note that if you don't have a Visa card, the security deposit is immediately increased to 100 Swiss Francs or €200, and Mastercard is not accepted for deposit payments. The beds were uncomfortably hard. The on-site restaurant is closed on weekends; while staff mentioned sandwiches and snacks were available at a high price, they actually recommended a nearby pizzeria instead. Pizzas from this pizzeria could be delivered to the room, and we later discovered they could also be enjoyed at the hotel bar. After a poor night's sleep, we decided to check out early the next morning, especially considering breakfast also cost around €32.00 per person."

"I arrived quite late and had only planned to use this as an overnight transit hotel before heading into the city the next day, but it truly exceeded my expectations.
The shuttle service is incredibly convenient. You can easily find the designated stops for all hotel shuttles by following the airport signs, and departure times are clearly displayed. The shuttle typically arrives about 5 minutes before its scheduled departure and leaves promptly. No worries if you miss one, as there's a shuttle every 20 minutes.
The hotel lobby was grand, clean, and impressive, with excellent service. Seeing so many airline crew members, it's clearly a partner hotel for airlines.
The room was a comfortable size and well-equipped with all necessary amenities. Complimentary disposable toiletries and slippers can be requested from the front desk.
It gets dark quite late in Zurich, and even at 9 PM, guests were still enjoying coffee and chatting at the outdoor tables, creating a very pleasant and relaxing atmosphere."
The 25hours Hotel Zurich West has a lively mixture of vibrant colors, authentic local flair and a homely atmosphere. It is very much in touch with its surroundings and combines work by the Zurich-based designer Alfredo Haeberli with creative art. Embodying the hotel company's tongue in cheek humor, the 25hours Hotel Zurich West never takes itself too seriously and shows what the city has to offer other than banking, chocolate and watches.
"Hotel room was clean and modern.
Customer service needs a lot of improvement, particularly a receptionist called Natasha.
After collecting our luggages from the storage, I proceeded to asked her for the hotel room key as we have yet to check in. She then said ”she wouldn't know anything as I did not provide any details to her”. As a front desk staff, I would think it is part of your responsibility to maybe ask?
On another occasion, I asked her if it was okay to get something delivered to the hotel tomorrow as I forgot something and needed it urgently. Her respond was ”Isn't it too late now that I ask her?” The look on her face was a look of annoyance.
I told her I could cancel it if it wasn't allowed. Eventually, my item was not delivered as she probably did not cascade the information to the staff on duty the next day.
Would appreciate if she could respond nicely, especially when you're in the service line.
I'm not sure if it has anything to do with racism?? I've observed that she was very friendly and accomodate a guest of a different race whom asked her for a favour.
If you'd like consistently good service, I'd suggest put your money elsewhere. The accomodation doesn't come cheap as well."

YYee11Hotel Glockenhof Zurich offers Switzerland charm and modern comfort, making it one of the top choice for leisure and business trip on visiting Zurich. Situated in the heart of the Zurich city, it provides good access to Zurich's main attractions, shopping areas, and near to the Zurich Main Station transportation.
The attentive staffs greeted with warm hospitality, and are always willing to assist with any requests.
The hotel's elegant decorated rooms provide a peaceful retreat after a day of exploring the city.
This hotel places emphasis on healthy sleep, hence they have worked with a Swiss family company, Roviva for the bedding (there’s a small card information on the benefits of roviva bed provided). The room also comes with a pair of arm chairs and coffee table and amenities, including free Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine and movable flat screen TV. Lastly they have also provided an umbrella and grocery tote bag in case you need it which was very thoughtful on guests needs.
The breakfast buffet comes after booking the room (optional), offering a wide selection of fresh fruits and delicious hams, bread and yogurt options to start the day.
All in all, my family and I had an enjoyable stay at this hotel.
GGuest UserThe air conditioning in our initial room, room 401, was faulty. It emitted a loud noise every few minutes, forcing us to turn it off at night to get some sleep. Luckily, it wasn't too warm. The next day, we promptly approached the front desk to request a room change. A very professional and personable gentleman at the front desk was incredibly helpful and enthusiastic. He called us shortly after to inform us that a new room was ready and we could move in at our convenience. Our new room, 105, was much larger, especially the bathroom, and felt newly renovated. We were very impressed with the hotel's efficient resolution of the issue.
The hotel is conveniently located very close to the train station, with two supermarkets (one large, one small) directly across the street. One of these is Migros, which features a self-service dining area on one floor, similar to an IKEA restaurant where you select your food and drinks with a tray. It costs around 15 CHF per person, and their fried pork chop was particularly delicious, offering excellent value for money.
GGuest UserNo kettle, no fridge. 15 min away from the central station. Attached to Novotel hotel, it’s very strange. Very small bathroom. Staff are nice

ZzhangjiachengThe hotel boasts an excellent location, just over 200 meters from Zurich Main Station. Turn right out of the hotel, and you're directly on Bahnhofstrasse, with all Old Town attractions easily accessible on foot. If you're planning a visit to ETH Zurich, simply turn left out of the hotel, cross the bridge, navigate to the Polybahn, and it's a quick 5-minute walk to catch the red funicular uphill.
We booked for two nights. A nice perk: if you opt out of daily housekeeping service for your second day, you can redeem a complimentary drink from the downstairs bar, one per person.
Our room was clean and tidy. The 'Wow' room type offered decent space, allowing us to comfortably open two large suitcases.
WWilson SamWe had a terrible experience on the second night of the stay:
We went out for city tour in the morning and when we come back to the room in the afternoon, our room is like being robbed, 3 out of 4 suitcases are missing, the bathroom is only half way clean, balcony door left open, most clothes hanging in the wardrobe are missing. I called front office immediately and i have been told that housekeeping had found the door of wardrobe is broken and has a risk of falling, so for safety reason, therefore, they have transferred our suitcases to the new room.
so here are the question:
1. Why there are only half of my belongings are being transferred to the new room? You either transferred all my belongings to the new room, but not just half of it, it is so scary when you back to your room which it is like a crime scene!
2. Is it normal for a luxury hotel to touch guest's personal belonging without permission of the guest?
3. If the hotel find it a safety issue inside the room, why do they still let the guest go into the room? That kind of put the guest in a dangerous environment that may get injured!
4. Have the hotel ever tried to contact the guest, by phone/email of such incident had happened in the room? or worst case, to stop me to get in to the room, when i passed by front desk before get back to the room? none of it had been done
In short, this is not acceptable for any hotel, not talking about Ameron is a luxury brand, the hotel has poor risk management, this is my first time using this brand and I don't think there will be a second chance, terrible experience and even on the checked out date, no one care to ask how was my stay.

MModouletianThe hotel is very close to Zurich Main Station, just a 3-minute walk away. The exterior is quite nice, and it even has a Swiss flag.
Facilities: It's an older hotel, so the facilities are a bit dated, but they are well-maintained. The decor in the hallways is quite stylish.
Hygiene: Overall, the cleanliness was pretty good.
Environment: The train station is just a short walk across the street. There's a McDonald's nearby for breakfast and a Coop supermarket also very close.
Service: There was a chocolate left on the bedside table. The front desk staff were quite welcoming and spoke excellent English when I checked out and stored my luggage.
Yyes7086The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. What I appreciated most was the comprehensive range of power outlets; in addition to Swiss standard sockets, there were also European standard ones. Crucially, the Swiss outlets weren't the recessed type, which made it incredibly easy to use various plugs and adapters (as shown in image 9). An electric kettle was also provided in the room.
While the hotel's location is a bit further from the train station, Old Town, and lakeside attractions, public transport connections are extremely convenient. Tram line 3 provides direct access between the hotel and the train station (the tram stop is about a 7-8 minute walk to the left after exiting the hotel). Tram line 2 takes you to the Old Town, Bahnhofstrasse, Lake Zurich, and other sights (this tram stop is within a 3-4 minute walk to the right after exiting the hotel, see images 7 & 8).
The hotel breakfast was quite good, offering a rich and delicious selection.
Upon check-in, a credit card pre-authorization for a security deposit of CHF 150 per room was required. The city tax was CHF 3.5 per person per night.
HHarmonickFine for a business traveler. For couples...eh. Walls are pretty thin as stated. The ”lounge” is just a room on the 9th floor with a TV and some games. There's no deadbolt on the door. That being said, the sunrise corner room gets unbeatable views!
Also, classic European bathroom where water just gets... everywhere when showering. So it's solid for a night in Zurich but not sure I could recommend it for a week of travel or if you're looking for something romantic.

AAbdusRoom was nice and a lot more spacious than expected. I had booked for a single person, so not sure why the sofa bed was made, so couldn't really sit on the sofa during my stay.
Bathroom and toilet were clean and well maintained.
I booked this one specifically because of the gym. It was disappointing to find that the cable machine had no attachments other than a bar. It's ok if you like to use free weights, but think that could be improved.
MMi❤️lifeA great choice for an overnight stay in Zurich! Just one tram stop from Zurich main station. The hotel offers complimentary still or sparkling water in the lobby, and a kettle is available for hot water. The room design is quite creative, with a curtain separating the bathroom and sleeping area. As is common with many European hotels, there was no air conditioning during our stay
