The hotel is conveniently located, about an 8-10 minute walk from the Central Station. Our family booked two rooms, and they were assigned next to each other, which was great. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the shower pressure is good. The only minor point is the transparent glass bathroom door, but I believe it can be covered with a towel. We visited in August, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The front-line staff were polite, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Plus, the mini-bar in the room is free! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. 👍🏻

Great hotel with fantastic, spacious rooms and really friendly service, from the bar staff to the front desk. It's wonderfully quiet, the beds are superb, and the facilities are excellent. And of course, don't forget the free bikes you can borrow! The complimentary minibar and the great in-room box are always a nice touch too! Would happily stay again!

I recently stayed at this hotel on November 16, 2024, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! After a long 13 hour flight from Hong Kong, I was grateful to be allowed an early check-in at 9 AM. This made a huge difference, allowing me to rest before starting my day. Mr. Filippo at the front desk was incredibly helpful. He not only assigned me a lovely room with a terrace but also provided excellent recommendations for nearby attractions, making my first day of a 13-day journey truly special. His courteous demeanor and willingness to assist were very much appreciated. The hotel's location is perfect, just a short walk to the city center and attractions, with everything you need right across the street. I highly recommend this hotel.

I love to stay a bit further from city centre and this hotel fulfilled my needs with beautiful lake view. They have prepared two little bear for our daughters when we check in which is sweet, however we do find the service is not to what we expected for a good rated hotel. The room is clean, the bathtub is a bit old but acceptable. The window that opens up to have a good view of Lake Zurich however it is very dangerous for children if they were to sit by the window as there is no barrier only a one long bar. We have included breakfast during our stay however the breakfast variety is quite limited and not really cater for international guests as the only hot food option are just eggs. Quite disappointed to wake up and have breakfast in such stunning view. On a side note, we ordered a fried egg one morning and it took more than 20 minutes to serve even though there is less than 5 tables in the breakfast room and we need to keep asking for it which I find it very unprofessional. Our expresso machine doesn’t work as the capsule fell all the way through. Informed the receptionist but didn’t bother to offer to check and just said it is the right capsule so I wonder.

The location is super convenient! It's about a 15-minute walk from the train station, and there's a direct bus stop right in front of the hotel. It's also very close to the lake, only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel itself was very clean and quiet. Even in August, when I stayed, there weren't many people around. There are plenty of restaurants nearby too. This is a 4-star hotel in Zurich, and I stayed in a single room. The air conditioning was good, it was clean, and there was a hot water kettle, which is very convenient for Chinese travelers. They also provided a complimentary bottle of mineral water every day. I have to say, Switzerland is incredibly clean – the mountains and rivers are stunning. I hope to come back to Switzerland again someday, maybe visit Jungfrau, and take a scenic train ride!

Great new hotel. Parking in the garage is 25chf per day which is a good price for the location. Early check in was possible! Breakfast is optional but didn't look that tasty. There are some optionsnin the area

I came to Switzerland to enjoy the beautiful views, scenery and everything this amazing country has to offer, so I wasn’t expecting my hotel stay to become such a special part of the trip. ❤️🇨🇭 A big thank you to the Front Office team at Crowne Plaza Zurich for making my birthday so memorable. Even though I spent most of my time out exploring Switzerland, coming back to such a thoughtful birthday surprise made the day even more special. A special thank you to Sophie, who noticed that it was my birthday and took the time to arrange everything. The flowers, chocolates, champagne and the beautiful room setup were such a lovely surprise. It was such a thoughtful gesture and honestly made me feel very special. Thank you to Sophie and the whole Front Office team for going the extra mile. ❤️

The hotel has a Coop supermarket on the ground floor, which is super convenient. While there aren't many attractions nearby and you'll need to drive about 20 minutes to reach the city sights, this hotel is highly recommended if you're just staying one night before catching a flight the next day. I'd definitely come back!

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money and a comfortable, stress-free experience. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to others.

Glad we chose Adagio as our first hotel to check in upon arriving Zürich. Easy check in. I think the breakfast was out by far the best. Variety continental breakfast. This is the first hotel we stayed that served Rosti. It was clean and spacious enough for us to open both our luggages. We love this hotel. Best choice and it was so reasonable as we booked very early. It’s very convenient and walking distance to the train station. Can take tram too.
