Good location with easy access to many places of attraction like Rheinfalls, St. Gallen and Basels, etc. We enjoyed our 4 nites in this hotel.

Hotel was very clean, staff friendly and helpful. The foyer had free coffee and water available. The fitness room was well stocked for a small room, good for maintenance workouts or hit workouts and had a sauna.
The rooms were spacious and clean with lots of plugs. The TV had an assortment of English channels if you need to crash out on the bed!!

The location is good. Very near Zürich HB train station. Just a few mins of walking.

Although small room but clean and just nice for a solo traveller / just to put a night for transit etc. Free refill of coffee and tea, available snacks bar and quick bites to purchase. Sauna facility is available despite it’s a small hotel. Overall experience was great.

As a 3 star hotel it's really value for money. Location is convenient. 6-8mins walk from Zurich HBF. There is free coffee, tea, sparkling water, distilled water, hot water available near the lobby. Cup noodles and other snack are available for sales. Th room has USB and EU sockets, with basic amenities, shower, shampoo and hair dryer. The hotel provide free access to gym and sauna room.

The hotel room is small but clean and tidy with all the amenities you need. Free coffee and drinking machines with sparkling water available at the lobby but not 24/7 and starts around 10 am to midnight which is a bit odd. We had early flight in the morning and missed the breakfast but they are kind enough to prep a to go breakfast bag for us. Getting around is easy and the walk distance to train station is about 15 minutes.

Location is amazing it’s near by central station.
It took within 30min from Airport
They have tea or coffee services.
Reception staff was really helpful.
If I come back to Zurich, I’ll stay here again 100%
The room was clean and TV is able to watch Youtube.

The don't serve kettle in the room, no amenities, no phone in the room.
The Manager there (John) received an important delayed baggage sent from Frankfurt from my airline (KLM) at 29 April evening didn't informed me (it's been 2 days) - until I find it by myself when I pass by the reception desk(I saw my luggage behind the desk) at my last night (30 April) stay with them. John the Manager promised me to write down a chronology for my back up document to do claim to the airline at that time (April 30), but up to my arrival back to Jakarta at 1 May and up to now, nothing coming from Ibis Style Zurich.

The worst ever property I have chosen. I had a terrible experience. No basic amenities. Not worth for single penny and I wasted my money choosing this property.

The location is very good, just 5-7 minutes away from Zurich HB. The room and facilities are clean. I like the cozy atmosphere there.
