We booked this room because it was low price for a night near the railway station in Zurich. It served its purpose, but lefta lot to be desired. The room itself was so small, it was impossible to outlay contemporary suitcases packed on both sides of the case. No glass for water for or a drink of any kind. The room was in bad repair. A large mirror was falling from its frame behind the door and the bathroom door (made from a chipboard) had been wet and was swelled, warped and smelly. Lobby alcove dingy and felt insecure The bed was good, towels and linen fine. It served its purpose, but I couldn't recommend The self service worked, but not a fan of no one on site. Won't rebook this again.

Location is good. The unit is not well maintained. No remote to the TV initially until asked and the auto curtain were not working at all. The cleaner did not knock before she entered the unit on the first day 😰. No house keeping at all and no instructions available on where to dispose of rubbish. We stayed for 5 days…

I couldn’t get checked in until 3 pm even though I got there at 2pm. The number wouldn’t work and it was stressful coming from overseas with no phone connected and couldn’t not call the hotel or anything. Finally trip.com help me via an internet call. I would suggest you have a better system than only a telephone. At least have a telephone on site that we could use. I was left waiting 1 hour in a dirty corridor on the street. It was very stressful and not very nice to be honest. I had no curtains in my room, the houses opposite me could see right in my room. It was terrible. It’s such a shame because everything else is ok so it would stop me from coming back.

Very clean and spacious and has all the kitchen appliances. But there is no reception or room service. I would say great for long stays.

No AC, and just a broken fan. Not cheap but poor facilities. No luggage storage.

The contact number is not working after 6pm although it said that it is 24/7

Good apartment. Did what it said on the tin, clean and in a good location.

Interior room is quite different with the photos from Trip.com.

The hotel is near the train station Zurich HB 700 m and the tram station Limmatplatz 4-6 200 m. The surrounding area has restaurants, shops etc. for mostly Indian people. People noisy outside But when he entered the room it was quiet. Small entrance and small hotel name sign. I made a reservation and paid for the hotel 24 days in advance, but did not receive a code from the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel I can't enter the hotel. No one can help because they have to check in themselves. I had to call to get the password on the phone. The hotel has 1 small fan, but it's a dangerous fan. because there is no grille covering the front propeller.

The hotel environment is terrible and the facilities are very basic, but the bathroom is very clean. The windows in the hotel cannot be opened causing bad air in the room. No air conditioning only a fan. There is no luggage storage.

No service, self check in, the room is dilapidated and lacks maintenance, the curtains have blood stains, the sheets and towels are not clean

The room requires network confirmation and a password to enter. It is not far from the train station. You need to carefully identify the door with navigation. The room requires another European-style socket, which is the one in the photo. We were caught off guard. The room facilities are average.

The hotel entrance is too hidden. The self-service check-in was super troublesome because I didn't receive an email. There was no service at all and the experience was very bad.

The hotel's blinds were always broken. No one came to fix them when I called the hotel customer service. I slept for three days without curtains. I don't recommend it at all.
