Suitable for short stay. Walking distance from metro. Provide breakfast is a plus. The room is clean enough. We enjoyed our stay and 100% recommended! Bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. Most of the hotels in Europe don’t provide those.

The room was a bit dated, and the furniture quite basic. On the plus side, it's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the art gallery, cathedral, and good spots to watch the sunset. What's even better, it's right at the entrance of Chinatown, making it incredibly convenient for enjoying Chinese food and browsing the Chinese supermarket. I even found the best-tasting water I've ever had on a trip at the Chinese supermarket – I was so happy about that! However, watch out for that ice cream shop on the same street – it's a total rip-off!

The room was a bit dated, but it had all the necessary amenities and was very quiet. The luggage storage felt a bit informal and insecure since bags were left unattended, but thankfully, theft doesn't seem to be a common problem. Its location is excellent, very close to both the train station and the Duomo.

The location was great. The accommodation is quite not fit to my expectations. To staffs are fine but it would be nice to be improved.

Location is great! Station and centre are really near. I arrived earlier (before 11) and my room was ready. I could leave my luggage before departure.

Room were small, difficult to open big suitcases. However location is exceptional and very try convenient

The hotel has a great location with good service, and it's close to major attractions. However, the rooms are a bit dimly lit, and the facilities are somewhat outdated. Thankfully, the bathroom has been renovated with a proper wet/dry separation. One thing to note: after taking the elevator to the guest floors, there are still a few steps to climb—so it might not be the best choice for those with mobility issues.

It was exactly as you expect 3star hotel to be, a bit worn out, but has it's charm. my room was simple, but tidy. Main inconvenience was the bathroom, although clean, it has two downsides: 1) the shower is quite small and when you get inside the curtain is always sticking to you. 2) the toilet flash was broken, never worked on the first try - I had to press many-many times to flush it. It didn't ruin the experience, but it's a bit annoying for sure

Very convenient location and nice staff. Breakfast is ok even if the organisation and product choice could be improved. The room was simple but ok and clean

The room is a bit small and breakfast choices are limited. Nevertheless , hotel location is in the centre of almost all attractions. The reception service is excellent though.

I could not be happier with this hotel. Exceptional service from the staff, helping me when i made a mistake with my booking days. The rooms are what you would expect for the price, which is great value within minutes of the train station. Will definitely stay again - the staff make all the differebec at a hotel and every person i talked to were amazing.
