7-Day Yunnan Self-Drive Tour
During the Lunar New Year, I went on a short self-drive tour around Kunming. Over the 6 days, I visited the following places: Day 1: Fuxian Lake and surrounding attractions. I recommend the free Pink Beach. Day 2: Lin'an Ancient City in Jianshui. I recommend the Zhu Family Garden (ticket required). Day 3: Yuanyang Hani Rice Terraces (ticket required). Day 4: Puzhehei Strawberry Picking and Qinglong Mountain. Day 5: Dongfengyun and Taiping Lake Forest Park. Day 6: Jinping. During the 7 days, the temperature dropped by more than 10°C on two days, so it felt like winter again. Luckily, I brought enough clothes. Be sure to check the weather forecast!
