Lovely newly furnished, modern and very clean hotel. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, they made our stay very comfortable and hospitable. The rooftop view is amazing especially during sunset and good breakfast selection too!

Very nice and comfortable. Our room was clean in details, clean and well furnished, full of all including single-use pads and chicory, tea, mini-fridge. Full breakfast of sweet and salt. Thanks a lot of all ✨ faleminderit 😉

The place was good enough for the money, 15 minutes walk from the Sarandë center / bus stop, which is big disadvantage if you want to take a taxi they would charge you a lot. But it’s calm and not far from a rocky beach. The amenities are clean and good. Balcony was nice specially morning view of the sea. Considering it’s blocked by trees and buildings. The area is quiet and you can sleep nicely. The bed in the bedroom is comfy however not ventilated so you would need to turn the AC a bit earlier to keep the apartment cool.
PS no washing machine and the owner would charge you for each wash.

Such a beautiful place and beautiful staff especially receptionist Tanna she made us feel so comfortable and even suggested places to go and do. Food fresh and the cleaning staff amazing only regretting not giving tips but leaving this review hope will give them all pay rise.....Thank you

GGuest UserA Wonderful Stay, Highly Recommend! I had such a great experience at The Olive Hotel. The hotel itself is modern, spotless, and feels brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was one of the best I’ve had while travelling! It’s in a perfect central location, close to everything you could need.
What truly made my stay exceptional was Xhone. She was outstanding from start to finish, helping me with every enquiry I had and genuinely going above and beyond anything I expected. Her kindness, professionalism, and support made me feel safe, comfortable, and truly looked after. We’ve even become friends now, which says it all!
As a lovely final touch, the owner even dropped me off for my airport transfer, which was so appreciated.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough. Thank you again for everything!

I am blown away with how helpful the staff were and how caring , I was leaving on the last day at 4am and a manager made me breakfast to take with me , I have had the best 5 nights away , the room was incredible ,food incredible location is perfect as you are literally 8 mins walk from two of the nicest beaches in Ksamil ,
The staff helped with food recommendations ,and tours and places to visit , and if I needed anything they were so happy to help , I will most definitely be telling all of my friends and family to stay here if they venture here ,and I hope to come back soon
I want to send a massive thank you and send my gratitude to everyone ,thank you so so much for making a solo traveller feel less alone

GGuest UserThe room is a bit hot at the beginning because the AC and the fridge were turned of when we arrived so they took time to run properly.
The pool was fun however since it’s a outdoor pool so it wasn’t that clean, just at an acceptable level.
Some lights weren’t lighting
The toilet is not very clean - it smells.
The shower sometimes doesn’t have hot water and sometimes worser, doesn’t have water at all.
But one good thing about it is that the toilet and the shower are separated, that’s especially useful when we’re travelling in a group of 5 as we can use different areas at the same time.
View is beautiful - sea view
Good location, many beaches and restaurants around it.

GGuest UserI recently spent six nights at Hotel Julia in Sarandë with a friend, and we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The hotel is run by a lovely family who went out of their way to be helpful and welcoming throughout our visit.
Our room was spotless, cleaned daily, and had a beautiful view from the balcony—perfect for relaxing. Breakfast was excellent every morning, very generous portions, and served in a scenic setting.
The location is ideal—close to the beach and city center, but still quiet enough to relax. Most of all, the staff were amazing. Their hospitality made our stay truly special. I highly recommend Hotel Julia and would definitely return!

Perfect location, spotless and modern rooms with amazing views.
The receptionist deserves special mention. He was incredibly kind, always available, and went above and beyond to help us, even with an issue that wasn’t related to the hotel. Truly one of the best experiences we’ve had with hotel staff in the world, in all 66 countries we’ve visited.
Parking was easy with plenty of well-lit spaces. The hotel can be a little tricky to find at first, but they responded instantly and even came out to meet us.
Highly recommended – we’d gladly stay again!

GGuest UserParty hostel, with music blasting in the dorm until 11pm. If you intend on getting any decent sleep, avoid at all costs! The median age of guests during my stay was 20, which added to noise, clear lack of respect for others, and the list goes on.. Add to that the ”charm” of the staff. Oh, and 2 toilets, 2 showers for up to 28 guests. Difficult. On the bright side, thumbs up for cleanliness, the powerful AC, as well as overall state of the hostel.
