The food was incredibly good. The facilities were clean, the shower had no problems with water volume or heat, and the internet connection, the dining area, the desk space, everything was there, it was Swiss quality as you would expect.

This price is very good by the lake Public bathroom, very clean, free coffee and tea, restaurant downstairs, a bit noisy at night, note that there may be no breakfast

This was my second stay at the Everness Hotel, and it was simply fabulous. Whether it’s the reception, the restaurant or the spa. I spent 3 exceptional days. Another big thank you to Javier who accompanied me to the airport. Very kind and very pleasant. I'll be back

A great location as long as your room is a lake view one, otherwise the street side is extremely noisy with poor window isolation. The team and service are really nice, and the terrasse moment offers an astonishing view. One improvement if I may - change the bed pillows - really poor quality and hard to get asleep with.

With the Montreux Riviera Card provided to hotel guests, public transportation between Montreux and Vevey was free, which was very convenient. The hotel staff member, Frédéric, gave me a very warm welcome and kindly accommodated my request for an early check-in, which I had arranged by phone in advance. When I unfortunately sprained my ankle, he even lent me crutches and provided information about a nearby hospital, which was extremely helpful and much appreciated. The room was spotless and well-maintained, and although compact, it was very comfortable. Breakfast was delightful, with delicious croissants, seasonal fruits, ham and cheese, yogurt, and a selection of drinks. I was very satisfied. I would definitely love to stay here again when I return for the Montreux Jazz Festival.”

We stayed at Hotel Mona for 3 nights and really enjoyed our time there. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and very well located—just a short walk from the town center and the lake. Our room had a beautiful view of the lake, which made the stay even more special. The staff were warm and welcoming, always ready to help.

Good hotel and close location to the train station and center of the city. Clean facilities and new rooms and building. Parking is free just in front of the hotel. Everything as expected and very good people in the front desk. Helpful management as well!

The people in the French-speaking area are generally more enthusiastic. The whole Lausanne is very beautiful. It is the most unforgettable place in the Swiss trip. The room service of this hotel is OK. The waiters in the restaurant and the lobby bathroom are very friendly. There is just a waitress in the swimming pool who has a bad attitude. The other staff are all good. It is 2 subway stops away from the train station. You can also walk from the train station, about 900 meters. Just walk straight to the lake after leaving the train station. The breakfast is OK. The room corridors are relatively new. Because we live in a new building, the corridors will have access control. There is a cafe opposite the hotel that is particularly delicious. You must go there. If you come to Lausanne next time, you will stay here again. Among the hotels I have stayed in Switzerland so far, this hotel is considered good. Later, we went to Grindelwald and stayed there. It was simply amazing. I miss Lausanne!

Here are the key points of my feedback: Room Setting: The view of the room is nice and antique. However, I did not quite understand why the sink were separately located at the corner of the room instead of inside the washroom. Dining Experience: My dining experience at the hotel was satisfactory. If there was hot food available in the morning, it would be much better. Amenities and Facilities: While the hotel's amenities and facilities were functional, I observed signs of wear and tear throughout the property. Investing in the upkeep and modernization of facilities could significantly enhance the overall guest experience.

The hotel room is exactly the same as the photo, there is no difference! The room is very comfortable, and the lake view outside the balcony is so beautiful! The hotel's breakfast is also very rich, with bacon, sausage, eggs and various fruits and vegetables. I will stay here again next time I come to Montreux!
