Very comfortable room and clean. Very spacious too, exceeded my expectations. Value for money. Really very clean but I did notice something on my bed though, I hope it’s a person’s blackhead and not some insect. Will come back again. The yoghurt selection on the breakfast menu is very extensive.

Walkable from the airport, very clean and lovely breakfast. Staff spoke in French and were forthcoming to our Franglais..! Easy check-out. Would stay again for excellent value for money.

So very nice! Rooms look newly renovated and it was very comfortable. Kitchenette clean and very well equipped. Staff also friendly with a smile. We found free street parking nearby, if not you can book a parking spot for a small fee with them

* If you're heading to Toulouse and want a comfortable place to stay, I highly recommend the Nemea Appart'Hotel Toulouse Concorde. One of the best things about it is its fantastic location—right across from the main train station, Gare Matabiau, just a 2-minute walk away -literally opposite the hotel. This makes getting around the city super easy and convenient. The hotel itself is impressively clean. From the lobby to the rooms, everything is spotless and well-maintained. The rooms are set up apartment-style, which is great if you like having a bit more space and the option to cook. Each room comes with a fridge and all the cooking utensils you might need, so it's perfect if you're planning a longer stay or just want to whip up your own meals. The bed in my room was really spacious and comfortable, which is always a plus after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was another highlight, featuring a nice bathtub where you can unwind. Another standout feature is the friendly staff. They were always helpful and made sure I had everything I needed, which really added to the overall positive experience. Overall, staying at the Nemea Appart'Hotel was a great experience. It combines a prime location with all the comforts of home and excellent service, making it a top choice for anyone visiting Toulouse.

From 2008 to the present, this is about the tenth time to travel to Toulouse, the time has been transferred, this time has been changed to a new unit, the hotel is near the unit. It's no problem to stay here. There is a parking garage and it's convenient. It's at the level of domestic home-like hotels.

(It takes about 20 minutes on foot from the train station, the map app is not accurate, and there are many obstacles such as stairs, so it can be difficult and take a lot more time.) It takes about 20 to 30 minutes on foot to the Comedy Square. ＜Facility＞ It is not fancy, but it is equipped with almost all facilities, and there is also a bathtub, terrace, kitchen and tableware. The room is also large, and the common space is also large. (Gowns and slippers are not provided.) ＜Service＞ actively trying to help, and are very friendly. The room is clean, and they do not require a deposit or cleaning. There is a 24-hour front desk, and you can drink coffee and tea for free in the common area. ＜Price＞ It is cost-effective. ＜Comprehensive＞ It is perfect for practicality.

The hotel is very well located without being the centre, you can walk in 10 minutes. The staff were very friendly and offered the possibility of parking in the free parking hotel, which we thank. The room is spacious and there is room to leave the baggage. The hotel needs some renovation as the shower was broken and the walls needed painting hand. Despite this, I would be able to stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended it. Especially the free drinks (water, coffee and tea) available 24h and the spacious lobby with seats and tables were appreciated. I also saw some guests using the free game rental service and playing board games there.
