The hotel is in a great location, very close to both the train station and Terminal 2 (though some of the roadworks around the area are a little confusing this isn't the hotel's fault). It has a bar and small restaurant with a pool table downstairs, along with some vending machines. The restaurant does things like pizza, burgers, simple pastas etc.; I got in the lift with someone taking some pizza back to their room and it smelt amazing so I had to get one! A little bit pricey, but that's kind of expected for airport hotel food, though it was worth it as the pizza was freshly made. Very convenient being able to take it up to my room and chill out. The room itself was more than adequate, clean and had everything you need. I'm not really sure what more they could do to improve things at the kind of prices you pay for hotels like this. In fact in some ways it was better than more expensive hotels in the area simply because I liked having the vending machines on site to buy a drink or little snack late at night where other hotels have long shut up everything and there's no one about and nothing to buy. It was over £20 a night cheaper than other hotels in the area at the time I booked it so again, I really don't know what else you can ask for. I did try to book a stay on my return but prices had gone up and it was the same price to stay at one of the nicer hotels nearby; if that's the case then by all means go for the nicer hotel but if you're early enough to take advantage of the cheaper prices this place offers it's definitely worth it. Negative reviews seem to focus on there being no hairdryer (who cares, bring your own) or Chinese people complaining about there being no bottled water or slippers something; I'd rather save £20 on the room than some pointless gesture like free bottled water and slippers. Someone mentioned they couldn't check in until 3pm... isn't that the normal check in time for hotels? What are these people smoking, honestly.

Good location to an event at Bolton Wonders FC. Hotel is a bit tired and needs updating. Average room, was clean but tired decor and dated. Lovely clean towels and sheets, beds were comfortable. Staff were friendly on arrival but no one about when we checked out. Didn’t have food so can’t comment on that. Would stay again for its convenience.

Convenient location in a funky hotel. Bit unusual to sleep in a room without windows as we didn’t know what the weather was doing (although we could guess! Storm Amy was passing). Positives of having no windows was that it was dark (so no idea what time it was and woke up when our bodies decided was the right time) and no noise from outside. The room was comfortable and had all we needed. Complimentary tea and coffee and ironing board etc by the lifts for everyone was unusual but we did use it and it worked fine.

There was an issue with this booking, and the same was made by mistake on the evening of the 12th of August and was made for the 12th of August instead of the 13th. The hotel was not full, and when I contacted Trip.com and the hotel reception, I was made to make a new booking and no refund was offered for the room. The people and businesses in the United Kingdom have been known to be very empathetic and humane, unlike the US and do understand other human beings. This was not the case here, and I was shown the refund policy by the hotel and the website that is trip.com. Even from trip I did expect more as I booked for the 13th too from their website. Thus, not a great experience. Very disappointed with Trip.com not even refund the taxes. The gym at the hotel is very small. Near the water is good.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, being only a 10-minute walk from Manchester's two train stations. However, the room amenities were quite dated, and if you're particular about cleanliness, this might not be the best choice for you. The breakfast was a standard English breakfast, offering a good variety of options and tasting quite decent.

Breakfast: The breakfast offering was underwhelming, with limited selection and quality. For instance, some guests have reported issues like grey/green bacon and a lack of variety, making it less than satisfactory for the price . Room Amenities: The rooms do not come equipped with refrigerators, which was inconvenient for storing perishable items. While some Moxy locations may provide fridges upon request, this is not guaranteed and depends on availability . Lobby Space: The lobby area is quite small and can become crowded, especially during peak hours. This limited space makes it challenging to relax or work comfortably in the common areas. Overall, while the hotel's location is convenient, the lack of basic amenities and limited breakfast options detracted from the overall experience. I would recommend considering other accommodations in Dublin that offer better value and comfort.

## 1. Check-in Experience The reception staff were very friendly. My flight arrived early in the morning, so I called the hotel to inquire about an early check-in, and they confirmed it was possible, which I greatly appreciated. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient and convenient. However, the identity verification seemed a bit lax, as I was allowed to check in without being asked for any identification. The staff were always willing to assist. ## 2. Room Quality Room cleanliness was above average. The space around the bed was limited, but the bathroom was quite large. The overall room layout felt a bit peculiar, and the toilet's placement was also somewhat odd. The bed was too soft for my liking. Noise was to be expected, given its location next to a main road, but it wasn't overly severe. There was no air conditioning, but given Manchester's cool weather, it was acceptable. The Wi-Fi was very stable. I didn't test the TV. ## 3. Location & Transportation I personally found the hotel's location quite convenient, though if you're not taking a specific bus route, it requires at least a ten-minute walk. There are restaurants nearby, but no attractions. Public transport options include buses and bike rentals, but there's no metro. The hotel was easy to find, and parking was available. ## 4. Facilities & Services I didn't notice any gym, swimming pool, or restaurant, so I'm unable to comment on these facilities. I'm not aware of any additional thoughtful services (such as complimentary breakfast or airport transfers). I'm unsure about the timeliness or efficiency of the housekeeping service, as I stayed for only two days and this service was not arranged. ## 5. Value for Money The room rate was acceptable, but I haven't compared it with other hotels in the same area, so I'm not entirely sure if it's truly competitive. Compared to other hotels of a similar standard, it's likely recommendable, but it might be worth comparing with other options before making a final decision. No additional charges, which was a big plus. The only extra fee was a £2 city tax, which was consistent with the information provided on the booking website.

Strategically located near central Manchester city. Easy to walk around town. Hotel room is small, good to stay for one short trip. Breakfast was ok, but the hall was a little small.

NNP/UKStayed here a few times now, quiet hotel but near to all local shops and transport links to Manchester city centre and the airport. Rooms are warm, with a fan in the cupboard if needed, plenty of tea and coffee provided, mini fridge and microwave too 👍 my shower wasn't the best on this stay but not the end of the world tbh.

AAnonymous UserLocation might be handy if you are physically able to walk about in the city centre, I have MS and walking can be difficult at the best of times, not the fault of the hotel but my booking was made during a period of severe weather conditions and the hotel staff checked me in immediately, four hours before their usual time and were very helpful, polite and friendly.

SSeñorHotelA great hotel near the airport. The shuttle is 10 quid and the hotel is clean with friendly staff. Downpoints are that parking can be busy sometimes and the pull up switch between the shower and bath tap can be a bit troublesome (room 719) and the same in some other rooms I have stayed in. Food and bar available and 24hour reception.

NNayomithedivaLoved my stay at this Hotel. It was my third time staying at this hotel. The aesthetics of the Hotel are really nice. The spaces in the hotel are modern with a touch of luxury. The front desk ladies that I met during my stay were welcoming, friendly and had good vibes.Nothing beats a warm welcome. Check in was quick and easy and very professional. I forgot the name of the lady that checked us in but she was fabulous. We checked in on September 4th 2024 between 12:20-12:50 so the lady that was sat on the right side of the main desk at that time did really well n checking us in. The breakfast was okay , but it kinda left me wanting more in terms of selection. Maybe beef sausages or even chicken sausages could be added??? But it was still good nevertheless. The location of the hotel is also pretty good as you are able to go to access many restaurants… and shopping points. Distance from the Machester Piccadilly Train station from this hotel is super convenient as well. Would totally recommend this hotel😊😊😊

GGuest UserWe had the window room, price is fantastic, room is big and clean, TV is very big, double the size that the usual hotel room has, bathroom big and clean like new, fan, hairdryer, kettle and tea/coffee. Location is fantastic, right in the middle of centre, lots of shops around, less than 10mins walk to Chinatown. Free newspaper available. Drink and snack vending machine at the lift available. But because the location is in the city, the room is bit noisy during the night. There some free postcard of the hotel at the lobby too.

TtravelammiThis was my second visit. My first stay was good and I was happy. Not this time and it was only because at 7 am until evening, there was a strange noise coming from the side of the room. It started with two bangs, then sound of machine or a pulley. First I thought it was the lift but then I heard whoosh of water so I assumed it was a water pump. Then two more bangs and it would continue for 3 minutes and stop. It would repeat after 3 minutes. It went on and on and I couldn't sleep extra. In the afternoon I couldn't take a nap. At least in the night it was quiet. I spoke to lady at the reception at she said there were no more single rooms. Then she asked me how long I was staying and I said one more night ( I was there for two nights ). Then she repeated there were no more rooms. She said maintenance will come and have a look. Three hours after when I went back to the reception, and asked the lady what time the maintenance personnel would come, she called them but there was no answer. She checked the time and made a guess the reason they might not be answering is that they might be on a lunch break and promised to send them to my room as soon as they returned. I said to her that even though they are unable to change the room, I wanted them to know that this is a problem and it was annoying me. She made sure to write my report. The lady was really trying to help me and was apologetic but no maintenance personnel cam eo the room and no one said what that noise was.  The breakfast was English and as it is at hotels. Tidy and well organised dining hall and friendly staff. The room was small and had a small window with curtains which was not hooked properly so in the night, the light from the building outside shone in the room so had to fiddle a bit with the curtain to cover. It was still a comfortable room if it wasn't for the banging noise and the machine/pulley whizzing.
