Location is ok, not exactly at the centre. The room is fine, it’s neat after tidy up everyday, liked bedding, cup cleaning, toilet paper and coffee / teabag refilling, however, have not cleaned the toilet bowl, shower room and floor.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. **Location:** The location was ideal for nightlife, with laughter and excitement nearby. However, the hotel's corner position shielded us from noise, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for our kids. It was just a 7-minute walk to Central Station and the town, surrounded by numerous restaurants. **Service and Cleanliness:** We arrived before the 3 PM check-in and were allowed to check in early, despite the 4 PM policy. The room was clean and spacious enough for our family. The lobby had a lovely sitting area and a small bar, but we chose to explore the many dining options in the city instead.

Good location, only 10 minutes walking distance from good restaurants. Very nice bed and shower. Good breakfast as well but the gluten-free options were very very limited.

Frankly, the size of the room is beyond my imagination, very spacious apartment. The kitchen has everything that should be set. You can make breakfast and dinner yourself. We have one night to make our own seafood dinner. You can wash clothes. It feels like home. The facilities are old. Travel is also very convenient, very close to the train station and supermarket, will consider here next time.

Hotel is located conveniently next to the river. We had received a very warm welcome by the hotel staff. The room is fully equipped with basic cooking amenities. Just wish to give our special gratitude to the guy welcoming at the front desk, he has granted us everything we need and is super caring to guests. We'll definitely choose this hotel if we travel to this part of the country again.

Very spacious hotel. Checkin needed to be done at the holiday inn nearby. Free car park but space is very limited. Overall it was great.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to NCL airport with private parking and wonderful staff. The hotel offers early breakfast which is fantastic for early fliers. They also have a gym with a great view!

Booked a room away from the lift. Gave us a room next to the lift. Went down to see ifcwe could get it changed as we wanted a quiet room On check in we requested this so obviously next to the lift facing the stack is not a quiet room. Next room was directly above the hotels air conditioning unit gave up as obviously the receptionist was having a serious customer service melt down especially when we went out 10 minutes later and she called over ..is that room OK for you? Obviously not as the air conditioning unit screamed all night long we just said yes as what was the best room going to be ?? Certainly will not be back thanks to the totally piss taking receptionist

The hotel needs updating, staff friendly, the gym & pool we had to pay for, that was disappointing as we stayed 3 night, it was extra money we hadn't accounted for, we haven't had to pay to use them facilities in other hotels.

We went to Seaham with the kids for the glass beach and this was cheap and really really clean which was very good plus the bedroom for us was ample. The food was just outstanding especially the ty restaurant X the kids loved it and the staff was friendly, helpful x thankyou 🥰 xx
