I love to see Intan, the breakfast server. She works very diligent and attention to detail. She works well even in fasting month.
The staffs here very polite and helpful.
We try the free facilities (whirl pool, sauna and steam). Really makes us comfortable and relax.

Had been stayed 6days, first impression of hotel service to visit have very kinds with smile all the time.
Served food is very delicious with reasonable price.
All staff very polite to help any assist if required.

Ms Chacha Indira,Dimas herimukti .strong woman, pinokio, security officer and all staffs.
If I get plan then will drop again.

The hotel is located in the middle of the city, close to places needed such as gas stations, culinary and malls. At midnight there are still snacks around the hotel so that guests can easily buy just by walking. A large vehicle parking area makes it easy for relatives to visit.

It was very pleasant to stay here, the hotel is clean, the room facilities are well equipped, the bathroom is also clean and makes you feel at home for a long time in it.
The view I got was a view of the city, quite beautiful and romantic. The children really liked the swimming pool facility, it was really cool because it was indoor, it really made me addicted.
There's quite a lot for breakfast, I tried the fried rice but it was a bit graphic in my opinion.

Overall room was clean, I booked deluxe twin and they said upgrading my room to superior twin, room looks old need to repainting again room 390 u can see the mold, lamps beside the bed not working.
Reception Lobby area so quite and dirty on Raya day.
Housekeeping staff so helpful and this hotel located on strategic locations.

Location was good. Next to a mall. Mall was pretty much empty tho. Room was okay as I stayed only for one night. Might have to give a little bit attention on the floor carpet. There's some strangr smell once you reach your floor. Breakfast option was good. Overall for the price I paid, it was a good choice for business travellers.
