AAnonymous UserThe hotel has a minimalist design and is considered a good hotel in Nagoya. However, the doorman didn't help us with our luggage. Also, when I booked the room, the picture showed the bed against a wall, but the room we actually got had an open vanity behind the bed, which was different from the advertised picture. Since we were on a tight schedule and only staying one night, and we were tired, I didn't bother to discuss it with the front desk. But I really didn't like the design of that room.

CCrazyKimThe room is spacious, clean with good facilites. There is outdoor public bath apart from the indoor one and this is exceptiknal with business hotels. The semi-buffet style breakfast with very fresh food is good value or money. The hotel is right in front of the Inuyama Station.

Llai gorzMy stay at ESPACIO Nagoya Castle left a lasting impression, primarily due to the incredibly attentive and professional staff! From the moment we checked in, the service was exceptionally warm and welcoming. As foreign guests, we truly felt at home, thanks to their fluent English and Chinese, along with their thoughtful guidance. The hotel's interior is elegantly decorated, exuding an artistic ambiance. Whether in the lobby, restaurant, hot spring, or when staff were explaining room facilities, everyone always had a smile and readily attended to guests' needs. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Nagoya Castle, offering a peaceful environment, though finding dining options on the street at night can be a bit challenging.
The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but the food quality was remarkably high! I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for its 100% service and museum-like artistic atmosphere. While it's on the pricier side, it absolutely delivers an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to all the staff for making our stay so wonderful. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Nagoya!

GGuest UserOur family of four stayed in connecting rooms for 5 nights, and having two queen-sized beds and two bathrooms was quite convenient for Japan. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from Exit A1, passing a 7-Eleven and a FamilyMart on the way. The hotel offers free breakfast, evening hot springs, complimentary Pola trial amenities, and free coffee and tea in the evenings. This price is incredibly reasonable. We usually walked to Sakae, which was truly very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel's hot spring and shower facilities are excellent, and the other guests are very considerate. However, it's a bit inconvenient that you have to take off your shoes right at the entrance on the first floor, and there were some small prickles on the carpet that bothered my feet. But I respect that this might be a local custom.

GGuest UserAn excellent hot spring hotel tucked away in a quiet village. Don’t let its secluded location mislead you though; access to the area is convenient and easy, whether you’re coming from western or eastern Japan. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The room was a lovely, traditional Japanese-style room with an excellent view of the adjacent stream and small valley. Perhaps most importantly, the hot springs themselves are just wonderful. The quality of the water is excellent and the tubs are comfortable and offer lovely views over the valley. Perhaps my favourite moment was soaking in the outdoor baths after dinner, under the gentle glow of the hanging lanterns, with the sound of the bubbling river below. Perfect! Would 100% stay again.

GGuest UserReally love this place it’s in a really narrow street but right in the middle and next to the Westport the amenities are generous great and I’ve never been in a sauna where you can actually see the ocean. They also have a big cold bath and in addition to do Hansen another hot bath next to the sauna they also play really nice music and From analog amplified hi-fi equipment that is top-notch. It’s a real pleasure, even though I’m not geek in that area.
The whole island is of course very small does not much to do and you have to go there if you really want to relax and just enjoy some seafood. There are not many restaurants in the area and I would recommend to just reserve food at the hotel I had to breakfast, which was outstanding. It was Shabu Shabu tako squid, and lots of other Japanese sites.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious enough to lay out three suitcases. I always choose Daiwa whenever I visit Japan; it's great value for money. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from a bus stop that goes to Sakae, and about a 10-minute walk to Fushimi subway station (a bit tiring if you're dragging luggage). Nayabashi Bridge is right next to the hotel, and there's a delicious unagi restaurant and a Hida beef BBQ place nearby.

YyappymeowLocated right next to the Ure River, with a nice view from the room. As it has only 5-6 rooms, it is pretty exclusive. You can use their 2 hotspring baths privately for 45mins each time, or you can take a short walk over to their 2 sister hotels for bigger hotspring baths. This is the only hotel in the Hazu Group that serves Medicinal Cuisine. As the hotel seems to be converted from a traditional old house, the stairways can be cramped and not suitable for bringing large suitcases, so just pack a small bag and leave the suitcase downstairs or in the car. Had a relaxing time there.
