I unfortunately booked an executive suite. Firstly, its location was inconveniently far from the elevator, and it seems all executive suites across all floors are situated in the same corner spot. The suite was definitely overpriced for its small size, and the layout was poorly designed. Furthermore, the amenities were neglected; the Jacuzzi was dirty, broken, emitted a foul odor when operated, and even expelled debris. I reported this to the front desk, and they moved me to another suite, but it had the exact same problems. I absolutely do not recommend anyone choose an executive suite; it's a complete waste of money.
My ratings:
Executive Suite Design & Location: 2/10
Overall Cleanliness: 8/10 (though they could improve by changing towels more frequently)
Breakfast: 1/10 (Too focused on Asian food, despite most guests being Arabs, especially Saudis)
Pricing (Value for Money): 5/10 (Overpriced)
View & Hotel Location: 5/10
I suggest they lower their prices and encourage guests to choose a standard room with a river view. They should also pay more attention to offering Eastern, Arabic, and Western food options. Finally, some staff members were notably unwelcoming towards Arab guests and made no effort to provide better service.
Hotel is located at a strategic area and within walking distance to many restaurants opposite it. Kedai Soto Ibu Rahayu, Butterfield, Yujo, Tanmu Coffee, Padre Italian are the few restaurants nearby
Checking in and out was smooth with friendly staff. Their staff are ever ready to assist and greeted me every time I see them on my way out or return to the hotel. That's hospitality and welcome of first class!
Room was large, clean, air conditioning good, water pressure strong, bed comfortable and there's really no fault with the accommodation.
Breakfast was reasonably good with mixture of local and Western food.
A good stay and I shall return when I visit Bogor. Cheers to the staff as they make you feel welcome.
Characterful hotel walking distance from attractions like Jalan Braga and the Asia Afrika conference museum. While the decor is a little old, service was great and my loft room had enormous double height windows letting in plenty of natural light.
Staying at The Trans Luxury Hotel Bandung was an unforgettable experience! 🌟
Elegant rooms with stunning city views, exceptional service, and delicious breakfast options. The pool and direct access to Trans Studio Mall make it perfect for families. Truly a 5-star comfort in the heart of Bandung! 💎
This was my fourth visit to the hotel (twice for work events and twice with family), but this time I booked through an app, and unfortunately, we encountered several disappointing issues. Firstly, the app did not provide information that the swimming pool would be closed from 1 PM to 6 AM. Although we were allowed to use the children's pool, it would have been uncomfortable for the kids to swim among people decorating for a party, so we decided against it, much to their disappointment. Secondly, the room was advertised for four guests, but amenities were only provided for two; however, after we informed the staff, the missing items were promptly delivered to our room. Thirdly, the app stated breakfast for four guests, but only two were initially accommodated. Again, we had to complain, and this was quickly rectified. Lastly, the room description on the app mentioned a city view, which our assigned room lacked. Furthermore, we found dead cockroaches and other insects, which were immediately cleaned after we reported them. I usually book two connecting rooms, but this time I wanted to try a different room type, which turned out to be somewhat less satisfying.
Despite these issues, the hotel's facilities are truly outstanding – absolutely fantastic! The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. The views and photo opportunities are superb, and the staff were very friendly, even helping us take pictures at some of the best spots.
Thank you, GH Universal. I hope the points I've raised can be addressed for future improvements.
My stay at Swiss-Belresort Dago Heritage was pure bliss. The elegant room, mountain breeze, and panoramic views created a peaceful retreat. I loved the cozy ambiance and top-notch service. The location near Dago’s attractions made exploring easy. A perfect blend of luxury and nature—highly recommended.
Honestly, this is the most crowded hotel I've ever stayed at. It was difficult to find parking, but luckily there was a staff member to help park the car. It was a bit of a hassle if you left something in the car because the parking lot was quite far, and they had to take me there on a motorbike 😅.
For breakfast, there were many menu options, but because it was extremely crowded, many items ran out and took a long time to be refilled. Plates and glasses also ran out and weren't refilled quickly. There was a lot of food, but the taste was standard. They had everything from gudeg, nasi kuning, pasta, an Indomie station, and even Japanese food.
Kids' activities were also plentiful but pretty standard. Because it was so crowded, it felt cramped 🙏🏻. The free playground was small, and the ball pit cost an additional 75k. The mini zoo was okay; animal food cost 20k. Cooking classes cost another 125k, and even requesting a birthday cake was an extra charge.
Our superior twin room had very standard facilities, nothing special for the 1 million IDR-ish price. It was a bit musty, the bed size felt like 100cm, and the towels and pillowcases were less than fresh, looking rather dull.
Would I come back? No, once was enough 🙏🏻👍
Hotel is in the great location, next to the mall. The service was great and have a friendly staff. There’s water leak from the window when it rains in my room and the staff had quick response and action. Breakfast is ok and it located in the rooftop.

HHartosoWe had a fantastic stay at the hotel! Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade to one of the villas, which came with a private jacuzzi. The villa was spacious, well-maintained, and offered a perfect mix of comfort and luxury. The added bonus of the jacuzzi made our experience even more relaxing and memorable. Truly appreciated the excellent service and thoughtful gesture—highly recommended!
SSyahirahhhhhGreat stay at Crowne Plaza Bandung! Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good with many choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect — walking distance to Jalan Braga, cafes, and shops. Would love to return!
OOmar Basri RozduanI recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish.
The room was incredibly comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day.
One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight.
What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay.
Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!
TTantitsnI had a wonderful stay at Hotel Indigo. The hotel is beautifully designed with a very unique and stylish concept. The room was spacious and spotless, and I absolutely loved the design of the shower area it was modern and impressive.
The only downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city’s main attractions and busy areas.
Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay if you appreciate great design and comfort.
MMBFBisriThe hotel is a nice choice for a trip with family or as a couple. There is a water park inside the hotel complex and some attractions involving animals. It is also nice to jog around the hotel complex and to do some light sport, such in the badminton court and table tennis. All facilities are nice, except that they dont have any spa service. The hotel restaurants are nice with plenty of options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They also have a nice souvenir shop.
I am particularly amazed with the exterior of the main hotel lobby and its interior that connects the lobby to the main restaurant have the Jurassic Park vibe (the first movie).
As it is part of the Taman Safari group, by stayinng there guests are entitled to a reduced price for visiting the Taman Safari Zoo. In the end we spent one full day at the hotel and one full day at the Taman Safari Zoo. It was a nice stay, but next time, we may stay at their sister hotel that is closer to the Taman Safari Zoo itself.
GGuest UserThe location was great as very close to shopping mall. Good location for restaurants . Staffs were friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and air condition worked properly.
I will definitely stay here for my next trip to Cirebon .
GGuest UserWhen i stayed at the hotel yesterday all seem fine. The room looked clean. But when I checked the locking system. It did not want to lock only the top part. I went to the lobby to let them know my dissatisfaction. They told me that all the rooms have this issue. I felt an bit of unease Afterwards i went to my room and contacted an trip.com travel agent. They also find it very weird why nobody was notfied about this issue. They contacted the hotel later and told me to wait but nobody came. An hour later I contacted an trip. Com travel agent again and told them i already waited an hour and felt neglected. So the travel agent contacted then again. Minutes later someone came by. He wanted to show me another room and sure the lock does not work properly anywhere. They apologised and since it was late i cant go to a other hotel. I talked to the travel agent again. On their advice they told me to put heavy objects in front and next to the door. So i put an chair and my bag in front of it. The travel agents where very helpful. I also ask them to warn future visitors about this issue as well. Also it is against the law Under the Consumer Protection Law (UU No. 8/1999), you’re entitled to use facilities that work properly and safely—“goods and/or services…must be fit for their intended use”. Government Regulation 67/1996 (Pasal 62 Ayat 2) makes the hotel operator legally responsible for your safety and security while on the premises. Even if “all locks” share the same flaw, the hotel must fix it or offer you an alternative that meets basic safety standards. I felt a bit safer when heaving the chair and my stuff in front of the door but i hope they will fix the issue as soon as possible for the safety of all hotel guest and inform the issue beforehand to hotelguest as well.
