I loved loved this hotel! The service was amazing. I came in early because my train arrived to Agra in the morning and they were so kind to allow me to check in early. The staff was extremely helpful! Anything I need they were willing to help. Location wise is 10 mins from Taj Mahal and you can take an Uber for 100 rupees. The food in the hotel is very good as well, I have chicken tikka masala and was to die for! Anyways I highly recommend this hotel. Hilton always hits the expectations

The service level is excellent, all staff are well trained and breakfast was excellent too. The head of chef walked by and asked us is there anything else we would like to order. Besides, this location is also strategic, about 6km from Taj Mahal and next door is a shopping mall. The cleanliness is excellent too. I highly recommended.

Hotel people in the reception need more training on how to deal with customers, specially foreign cusyomers. No tooth btush, tooth paste, comb, slippers provided which is very basic things provided by other hotels at this price.

Beautiful property, over 100 years old from Colonial era, with large comfortable, clean and silent rooms, impeccable service with high quality homely food, highly recommended for couples, solo Travellers, and friends - important to note that kids are not allowed here!

Women may be worried because the surrounding area is dark and less crowded. I think the room is clean as an inn in India. The bath towel was dull and torn, and the sheets and covers were discolored and stained, but it was okay because it was clean and not smelly. There are no pajamas or slippers, but everything else was available. The staff are all very kind, and there are many welcome drinks, sweets, fruits, etc. Above all, you can sleep quietly. Warm water comes out firmly. This is not natural in India, so I was grateful to get rid of my tiredness. Breakfast was quite simple, so I ate at a shop that was calling about 2 houses next door.

I stayed here for two nights with a friend on a trip to Varanasi. Breakfast was a self-selection style, and we enjoyed freshly prepared dishes. The hotel staff were friendly, and when we got tired from walking around Varanasi, they welcomed us with a smile. The hotel was also clean, and we were able to spend time in an atmosphere that didn't feel like India. The value for money was also good, and I would definitely stay here again.

Probably one of the best stays I’ve had while traveling. Hotel Taj Resorts in Agra truly exceeded my expectations! I usually go for budget hostels and hotels, but at this point in my trip I decided to book here. Surprisingly, it still fit within my budget, and I never thought I would receive such amazing treatment at this price. Highlights: I arrived early, and they kindly offered me an early check-in. The Taj Mahal is just a short walk away. All the staff, from reception to security and beyond, were very courteous. The breakfast selection was excellent.

First of all, the location is very good, very close to the Taj Mahal and within walking distance. The room was clean and tidy. The landlord is very friendly and helpful. Help customers book train tickets and provide a variety of useful information.

Over all the hotel was good. Just near the metro sector 18, and nearby markets. The hotel was at the perfect place. The one thing i disliked was they had beers in mini fridge in the room, and they mentioned 2 international beer are 300 rupees, late they told it was one bottle for 300, then why they showed 2 quantities
