I do not recommend staying there!
I booked a room because the description said it had a view of the old town.
Of course, the room turned out to have no view because it was on the opposite side.
In the evening, when we came back from a walk, there was no hot water and it was terribly cold in the room. The staff at the reception desk changed our room and we had to move to another room at 2 a.m. (they said they had a meeting and the rooms furthest away might be without water, as 70% of the hotel was full). They gave us a heater, which blew the fuses in the room when we plugged it in, so we had to go back to the front desk to have the electricity turned back on. It turned out that we couldn't use the heater they gave us.
There is no parking at the hotel, and public parking costs €2.50 per day, as the hotel is located in a red zone, but there is a train station opposite the hotel where parking costs €1 per day, as it is in a yellow zone (and is free from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m.). Thanks to the staff member who told us where to park.
Overall, the staff were very helpful, trying to solve problems at 2 a.m., changing our room, and looking for a heater! Thanks to them, the young staff tried to cope with the old hotel.
The rooms themselves are old, there was no cleaning service, we threw our towels on the floor in the morning as instructed in the room, and when we came back in the evening, they were still lying dirty and wet on the floor...
The pillows are terrible, absolutely thin.
Breakfast was okay, there was something to choose from, but the juice was diluted with water concentrate and tasted disgusting.
The hotel is in a great location, close to the old town!
We chose this hotel to spend night before early flight near airport. The building and rooms are freshly done. Nice, warm, calm and clean place. The restaurant was full, we took food to eat in the room, the dinner was delicious.
Overall experience is above expectations)
Courtyard by Marriott Vilnius City Center is an outstanding choice for travelers seeking comfort, convenience, and quality in Vilnius. With modern rooms, attentive service, a prime location, and excellent dining options, it delivers a polished and pleasant experience. Coupled with an excelent location 10 min walk time across a breathtaking view from the city center. It is a destination to choose when traveling.
Very nice hotel friendly staff but my room didn’t have a phone down to the reception and the safe didn’t work. They noted this down to look into this. Reception was smooth and friendly and location is perfect in the middle of old town. I would recommend this hotel
In a good location with nice staff.
The room was comfortable but could have the portable table to open the luggage and also a shower cap would be nice.
They have a filter in every floor, so it’s really easy and environment friendly, but they could let one full bottle in the room by the checkin.
The breakfast was really good but they took some time to replace the food.
It’s a new building and we don’t hear anything from outside and corridor, so really good acoustic.
The hotel is right by the airport, a 5-minute walk away, making it ideal for those catching early morning flights. The hotel has a restaurant that primarily serves pizza and other dishes, which are quite good. The breakfast is decent, but it's pretty standard across Europe, so don't expect too much; it's pretty standard. Although close to the road, it's quite quiet with the windows closed.
Very warm and welcoming. The cleaning staff cleaned very well. Very warm and welcoming. The cleaning staff cleaned very clean and hygienic. Very warm and welcoming. The hotel is in a good location, the room design is elegant, the space is practical and spacious, the bedding is clean and comfortable, especially the bed is very practical to sleep, and the coffee machine tastes very good. The last thing to say is the absolute super five-star service at the front desk. I especially want to thank the tall blonde handsome guy for his help. Because the bank card mobile phone is bound, I need to go to the station to buy a Vilnius to Riga ticket. He knows that he will take the initiative to help us on the computer in the back lobby. I bought the ticket for the next day, and the next day I helped to call a very cheap taxi on the Bolt to the bus station. I knew that we were going to pay cash, and I also gave us 10 euros of change. I was afraid that if the driver said that there was no change to find us, we would have to pay more. All of this is his initiative to help, everything for the benefit of the guests, let us feel very warm and beautiful! Definitely recommend! ! !
Really beautiful interior's, amazing views of the city on the higher floors, was easy to get to - I took the 3g bus from outside the airport 10-15 mins later I could see hotel from across the river. Could easily walk to most places from the hotel but there was bus stop stop nearby that made it great and easy to get around.
Staff were really friendly and helpful, very professional, high quality breakfast service.
We have arrived very late in the morning we have got the fast service at the reception and offered some tea. Very friendly and welcoming reception staff. The breakfast option were impressive. The rooms very cozy, clean and modern.

GGuest UserThis boutique hotel was conveniently located near the old town of Vilnius in rooms that were originally monk cells. The hotel is right next to the St. Theresa Church and the Gate of Dawn which are two interesting attractions to check out if you're in Vilnius. There are quite a few shops and restaurants nearby as well.
We booked because the prices were very fair considering the location and we saw a review that said the parking was free. The parking is no longer free and costs 12 Euros a day which is still a decent price. A city tax of 2 euros per person per night was collected upon check in.
The beds in the twin room we booked were very comfy and they had good pillows too. The room was very quiet and we got a good night's rest here. The room did not have AC but did have a radiator where you could control the dial. The room was a little stuffy but leaving the window opened solved this quickly. We appreciated the workspace, tea station and wardrobe in our room. The bathroom was nice too and had great shower pressure and a warming rack for towels. There is body wash and shampoo provided but the packets are a bit on the smaller side. It is important to note that you need to put the cleaning sign on the door in the morning or the room will not be cleaned. Cleaning included stocking up toiletries and changing towels.
The breakfast was just a bit more when we booked and we enjoyed it. There were these apple stuffed crepe pancakes each day that were delicious and enough food to get the day started. The breakfast is set in a monk's dining hall and we felt that was pretty cool.

JJelena Kuznecovain the room, except for robes, there are no accessories, for example, slippers, a toothbrush, etc.
mineral water in bottles has a disgusting taste.
everything else is great

AAdaiKEKEThe rooms are clean and spacious, the location is good, and the surrounding transportation is convenient. Whether it is shopping, entertainment or exploring the beautiful scenery of the city, it is all within easy reach.
The most surprising thing is the rich breakfast, with a variety of delicious foods, which will inject full vitality into your new day. Here, you will experience caring service, comfortable accommodation environment and delicious breakfast.
__WeChat264293****This is my third time here. It can be said that this is my favorite hotel in this city. It is like a paradise where you can slow down after a busy day. It is all in the details. The bed is very comfortable. The service awareness and professionalism of the service staff are very good!
GGlen TeohI stayed only one night, and walked from the airport to the hotel. I would say that the distance is walkable but not convenient with luggage. The reason is that the pavement is not smooth, and will result in abrasions and damage to your luggage wheels for the distance that you have to drag it along. For the hotel itself, it had a very high ceiling and industrial vibes, which is nice to some and perhaps not so great to others. However just a note that I couldn't figure out how to get the heating to work. Wifi speed was good, though there is a bit of a weird limitation in that some services like steam did not work, which isnt a problem for most.
GGuest UserThere are very few breakfast options, so few that it's a bit surprising... The toilet paper in the bathroom is also surprisingly small, as if it's leftover by others, only about 0.6cm thick, two rolls in total, staying for two nights, I was embarrassed to ask them for more, and two more rolls wouldn't be enough... I had to buy it myself at the supermarket🥲The hair conditioner is also an empty bottle, only two drops can be squeezed out, overall it's a very environmentally friendly hotel😐
