Incredible Hotel Experience

This hotel was phenomenal! The rooms are generously sized and spotlessly clean. It's a newer hotel with a contemporary vibe. What impressed me most was the friendly atmosphere created by the staff. They reached out a week before my arrival via email, arranged a shuttle with someone holding our name up upon arrival (and patiently waited due to our delayed exit from the airport). As Diamond Members, we were welcomed and upgraded to a suite. Our bags were promptly taken care of to ensure we could rest quickly. Freshly baked chocolate chip cookies were given at check-in, and there was a fruit plate and four bottles of water in our room, which was greatly appreciated. The front desk mentioned the general manager wanted to personally greet and bid farewell to us, which added a nice touch. They truly go the extra mile to make you feel valued, truly enhancing our extended travel experience. Another advantage is the hotel's proximity to the airport, less than a mile away, making it feel like a two-minute drive. Perfect for overnight stays. The only issue we faced was needing a hotel voucher from Ethiopian Airlines to clear immigration, causing an hour delay in line. This wasn't the hotel's fault, but I wanted to highlight their helpfulness in resolving the situation. While waiting, I contacted the hotel through chat and email, and they quickly sent confirmation to bypass the line and even reached out via WhatsApp. Their assistance was consistently exceptional and responsive. Their customer service is outstanding! In the morning, we savored a tasty breakfast on the 11th floor before heading back to the airport. The driver was there with our luggage all set. My sole disappointment is not being able to extend our stay, and next time I definitely plan on staying a couple of nights! Kudos to Hilton for exceptional service!
