Catching winter breeze of Aegean Sea

It is a small town with a habour and the last major town you will meet before the turkish border and the highway to istanbul. The Alexandroupoli Light house is a Landmark of the town. Seafood there is pretty cheap. Some of the retaurants have no menu so you just have to eat food of the day, soup of the day and caught of the day. Interesting concept as you have no idea what you are eating. There is bus interchange that transport you cross border to instanbul. Prepare 1 euro coins for bathroom 🚻 stop.
