On November 30, Hunan Agricultural University welcomes the annual Red Maple Culture Festival. At this time, the maple leaves on campus are at their most vibrant, attracting countless students, citizens, and tourists. The red maples on campus are mainly American red maples, which usually start to turn yellow in early November, with the best viewing period concentrated at the end of November. The maple trees on both sides of the Maple Avenue next to the library stand tall, with thick trunks and lush branches and leaves. The maple trees are already dressed in colorful red, with red, yellow, green, and orange maple leaves interspersed with the golden ginkgo leaves, like exquisite watercolor paintings, pleasing to the eye and refreshing.
