The festive Guangji Tower

Guangji Tower is located in front of Guangji Bridge, in the center of Chaozhou city area, built during the Yongle period of the Ming Dynasty, and has been repaired many times, and now it has a history of nearly 600 years. The tower is three stories high, and the architectural style of Guangji Tower is unique, combining the delicacy of the south and the majesty of the north. The building is made of red brick and wood structure, and the roof is typical glazed tile. The exterior of the building is carved with beams and painted buildings, which are dazzling and show the exquisite craftsmanship and rich cultural heritage of the Ming Dynasty.
