Shasta Daisy in Full Bloom: A Weekend Trip to Cheongju

Last weekend, I visited Cheongju to see the stunning Shasta daisies in full bloom. It was my first time seeing such a beautiful display of fried eggs (Shasta daisies), and I couldn't believe I hadn't discovered this place earlier! As one of Cheongju's iconic spots, the 200-pyeong area was filled with white daisies, and the daisy fountain in the center of the café was absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor huts were especially charming, with many visitors reserving spots and taking lots of photos. While waiting for a reservation, you can take pictures in the outdoor daisy field, making the wait enjoyable. Additionally, the café offers a spacious glass greenhouse and outdoor terrace, providing plenty of seating even during busy weekend afternoons.
