Wolverhampton Art Gallery

On the train from Birmingham, I visited the Wolverhampton Art Gallery. A warm welcome from the staff at the entrance Highlights include the Minton Majolica Fountain and fine works by 18th century English painters including William Hodges, Sir Joshua Reynolds, Joseph Highmore, Joseph of Derbyshire. Wright, and Henry Fuseli, and include contemporary highlights such as Humphrey Olson and Eugene Palmer. The Pop Art room includes works by Pauline Boty and examples of British, American and European pop music. Highly recommend visiting this area gallery
